LLOYD OWEN Last Updated: April 12, 2018 Lloyd Dale Owen, 84, of Park City, Kansas, age 84, died April 4, 2018. He was a retired big machine mechanic from Boeing Aircraft. He was born in Utopia, Greenwood County, to Carl Victor Owen Sr. and Minnie Edna (Buffington) Owen. He was raised in the Janesville and Hamilton areas. After graduation he joined the National Guard during the Korean War era. Upon returning, he married Edith Rufina Cox in Eureka. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and sons Kevin Ray Owen and Brian Lee Owen. Survivors include daughter Doris M. Owen; son Alan D. Owen; granddaughters Jolena M Pierson, Deanna L. Dreiling and Theresa L. Cowan; eight great-grandchildren and many other family and friends. Private family services will be held. Baker Funeral Home of Valley Center has charge. |
