 ESMA FIELDS Last Updated: April 12, 2018 Esma L. Fields, 92, died April 1, 2018. She was born Feb. 23, 1926, to Elwyn and Henritta Sillin. She married Glen Fields on July 26, 1944. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Aloma Beard and brother Lloyd Sillin. Survivors include children Thomas (Sandy) Fields of Valley Center, Sandy (Kent) Hammitt and Kathy Rice, all of Wichita; eight granddaughters; 17 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; sister Sharon (Ron) Bradley and brother-in-law, Walter Beard. Funeral service was April 6 at Bethel Life Center with graveside service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, both in Wichita. Memorials to Union Rescue Mission 2800 N. Hillside, Wichita KS 67219 or Kindred Hospice 2622 W. Central, No. 501, Wichita KS 67203. Cochran Mortuary of Wichita had charge. |
