Police reports

Aug. 8 — Officer Jeremy Manning took an animal call at 420 N Dexter. He found two beagles running loose and he took them to Ark Valley Animal Hospital.

Aug. 8 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to a stolen property report. The homeowner noticed a bag of rocks had been taken from under her porch between Aug. 7 and the morning of Aug. 8.

Aug. 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Matt Trelow assisted Park City police at the Best Western Hotel at 915 E. 53rd North. There was a report of guests smoking marijuana.

Aug. 8 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Ryan Mumma stopped a black Ford F-150 at 6800 N Meridian. The driver, Ronald D. Bailey, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license and on a warrant through Sedgwick County. A passenger, Dylan P. Fallier, was also arrested on a Sedgwick County warrant.

Aug. 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Ryan Mumma and Sgt. Thomas Delgado responded to a disturbance at 123 S. Colby, Apt 3. Three intoxicated individuals had a verbal argument. A female individual stated she wanted to hurt herself and everyone else. Leeker transported her to ComCare. The others were allowed to remain on scene after they said the female was the problem.

Aug. 8 — Officer Officers Eric Leeker and Ryan Mumma and Sgt. Thomas Delgado responded to 123 S. Colby, Apt 3, where the same two intoxicated individuals continued their verbal argument. No signs of physical disturbance were found, so Delgado transported one of the individuals to another location for the night.

Aug. 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Ryan Mumma and Sgt. Thomas Delgado responded a third time to 123 S. Colby, Apt 3, at 2 a.m. The prior female individual removed from the scene had returned to the location and a loud disturbance was still going on. Officer Leeker arrested Tracey South on charges of disorderly conduct and littering. Delgado arrested Johnny Fargis on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Aug. 8 — Officers Trelow and Eric Leeker and Sgt. Thomas Delgado assisted Kechi police with a party with around 100 people.

Aug. 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Matt Trelow assisted Park City police at the Best Western Hotel with a report of guests smoking marijuana.

Aug. 8 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to 747 N. Redbud. A citizen reported that her mother would not give back her property. They were provided with options for how to go about getting the property peacefully.

Aug. 8 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to 218 N. Abilene. The mother of the prior call called police because her other half was going to come over and gather her property. The mother left the property in the back fenced-in alley.

Aug. 8 — Officer Jeremy Manning took a report of found property. The caller found an air pistol next to a telephone pole. It was taken by police.

Aug. 8 — Officer JC Kirk responded to an alarm at 344 S. Meridian. All doors were secure. The alarm was deemed false.

Aug. 8 — Officer JC Kirk responded to a disturbance after a 911 hang-up call at 317 E. Sixth. A woman called for police and the husband hung up the phone. The officer did not find any crime committed, but took a report to document the incident.

Aug. 8 — Officer JC Kirk assisted Sedgwick County EMS at 743 Butler.

Aug. 7 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to an alarm call at 798 E. Seventh. An employee just forgot the pass code. The alarm was deemed false.

Aug. 7 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to a report of an illegally parked vehicle. A semi-truck was parked in the road and didn't have tags. It was tagged by an officer Aug. 6.

Aug. 7 — Officer Eric Leeker stood by at a residence at 415 W. Davis to prevent a disturbance while an ex-boyfriend gathered his belongings from this ex-girlfriend's house.

Aug. 7 — Officer Eric Leeker arrested Julie Roth on a charge of domestic battery after she allegedly slapped her boyfriend in the face.

Aug. 7 — Officer Matt Trelow was contacted by a citizen at 110 E. Fifth with a wallet found at the Red Box at the Kwik Shop. The officer contacted the owner and returned it.

Aug. 7 — Officers Eric Leeker and Matt Trelow and Sgt. Thomas Delgado assisted Park City police with a car chase in the 6100 block of North I-135. The vehicle was spiked by another agency and the suspect was taken into custody at I-235 and K-96.

Aug. 7 — Officer Matt Trelow performed a business check at 1220 S. Meridian. All doors were secure and no illegal activity was observed.

Aug. 6 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to a suspicious character report at 8935 W. Kessler Road. A citizen was walking home and got lost. The officer assisted the citizen in locating his home.

Aug. 6 — Officer Jeremy Manning assisted a citizen at 801 S. Meridian. A child was locked in the car and the keys were in the vehicle. He was able to get the car open and the child was fine.

Aug. 6 — Officers Vogt and Jeremy Manning performed a welfare check at 302 E. First. They checked the residence and found it to be vacant. They had Haysville police contact the owner to call City Hall with an updated phone number.

Aug. 6 — Officers Vogt and Jeremy Manning responded to an alarm at 1550 S. Meridian. The officers checked the area and the alarm was deemed false.

Aug. 6 — Officer Eric Leeker responded to First and Main on a civil matter. Officer took a report of a lawn mower kicking up a rock that broke a window on a pickup truck. Officer informed the parties that this was not a police matter but stood by while the owner and the mother of the boy mowing the lawn worked out a way to pay for the damage.

Aug. 6 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado responded to a domestic violence report. He contacted Rinaldo Lora-Perez for an interview in reference to the domestic violence case. Lora-Perez was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

Aug. 6 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to a noise complaint at 145 S. Emporia. The complaint was for dogs barking at this residence. The officer was unable to locate anyone at the residence.

Aug. 6 — Officer Matt Trelow performed a business check at Spirits, 231 E. Main. All doors were locked and secure.

Aug. 6 — Officer Matt Trelow assisted Park City police on a vehicle fire at 6145 Air Cap Drive. Two semi-tractor trailers were on fire.

Aug. 6 — Officer Matt Trelow took a report at 117 N. Park. A fired employee refused to return keys to the employer. The officer contacted the ex-employee and requested the keys be returned to the employer. The ex-employee stated he would return the keys on Monday at the board meeting.

Aug. 6 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to an animal at-large call at 900 E. Fifth. Two dogs were located. They were taken to animal control.

Aug. 5 — Officer Michael Gordon followed up on several cases.

Aug. 5 — Officer Michael Gordon assisted Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office on a disturbance at Valley Center High School, 9600 N. Meridian.

Aug. 5 — Officer Eric Leeker responded to a larceny report at Dollar General, 220 E. Ford. An unknown woman took curtains. A Dollar General employee called 911 after she left.

Aug. 5 — Officer Eric Leeker conducted a traffic stop on a black Dodge Durango for not having the correct tag assigned. The driver, Rachel Ann Hoien, was arrested and transported to Sedgwick County Jail on charges of driving with a suspended license, no current proof of insurance and tag not assigned.

Aug. 5 — Officers JC Kirk, Ryan Mumma and Matt Trelow conducted foot patrol at 1240 E. Ford at Brookfield Apartments. No illegal activity observed.

Aug. 5 — Officers JC Kirk, Ryan Mumma and Matt Trelow performed miscellaneous service for a citizen who stopped by the police station to retrieve her property. She signed the property receipt.

Aug. 5 — Officers JC Kirk, Ryan Mumma and Matt Trelow found property at 100 N. Sheridan. They found a blue and silver bicycle in the ditch. The bike was brought back to the station.

Aug. 5 — Officers JC Kirk, Ryan Mumma and Matt Trelow responded to the report of a driver northbound in the southbound lanes of I-135. The driver was not found. Harvey County deputies were notified as well.

Aug. 5 — Officers JC Kirk, Ryan Mumma and Matt Trelow performed business checks downtown. The found an open door to the commons area of the Botts building. All the interior doors to the businesses were locked.

Aug. 4 — Sgt. Matt Vogt and Officer Michael Gordon assisted Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office in locating parties involved in a driving violation in the county. Vogt stopped a vehicle at 69th North and Broadway. He cited the driver for driving while suspended. Deputy took report and released both parties.

Aug. 4 — Sgt. Matt Vogt and Officer Michael Gordon responded to a disturbance at 328 N. Birch. Officers aided in settling a verbal dispute between.

Aug. 4 — Sgt. Vogt and Officer Jason Easley processed a warrant arrest on Keith Glover. He was arrested on a county warrant for traffic and a charge of sexual assault.

Aug. 4 — Sgt. Vogt and Officer Jason Easley responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle at 300 N. Colby. Drivers lost their dog, found it and left the area before officers arrived.

Aug. 4 — Officer Jason Easley checked a vehicle at Pizza Hut, 300 S. Meridian. The vehicle was out of gas. Officer located the driver, who had help already on the way from Casey's.

Aug. 4 — Sgt. Matt Vogt and Officer Jason Easley responded to 415 W. Davis on a domestic violence report. The victim reported injuries and the suspect fled the scene prior to arrival.

Aug. 4 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma responded to a hit-and-run call at 514 S. Dexter. There was minor damage to both vehicles, and a passenger side mirror was collected.

Aug. 4 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma assisted EMS on a call to 911. Calling party was transported to the hospital.

Aug. 4 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma performed follow-up on a hit-and-run. Searched city streets east of Meridian for the car involved.

Aug. 4 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma performed traffic control in the 600 block of South Meridian. The blocked northbound traffic on Meridian due to flooding.

Aug. 4 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma performed a follow-up at 415 Davis. They contacted an individual who dropped off a domestic violence victim to her residence from earlier in the day.

Aug. 3 — Officer Gordon, Sgt. Lloyd Newman and Det. Jay Grayson checked the 6300 block of North Seneca for a subject who made suicidal statements the night before. He was referred to ComCare.

Aug. 3 — Officer Michael Gordon assisted a citizen at the police station with a follow-up to report previously filed.

Aug. 3 — Officer Michael Gordon assisted a citizen at the police station with fingerprinting for a teacher's license.

Aug. 3 — Officer Michael Gordon issued four solicitor licenses, at the police station to traveling salespeople selling windows and siding.

Aug. 3 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to a suspicious vehicle report in the 6300 block of North Seneca. Officer checked on a vehicle with a car trailer attached that was parked in front of a residence where a vehicle theft occurred a couple of years ago. The owner of the property was contacted and it was the brother-in-law.

Aug. 3 — Officer Michael Gordon did a follow-up on a subject from the previous call in the 6300 block of North Seneca.

Aug. 3 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to a non-injury accident at 100 W. Third. A citation was issued to the driver found at fault.

Aug. 3 — Officer Jason Easley was flagged down by a citizen in the 400 block of South Meridian. A citizen was upset with the city about the construction zones not being completed. A verbal disturbance with a construction worker occurred. The officer contacted the citizen and construction worker and was able to resolve the issue between them.

Aug. 3 — Officer Jason Easley was contacted in the 400 block of South Meridian by the owner of Foley Tractor with some legal questions about his property and non-authorized people fishing on it. He was referred to the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office or Park City about this. He was advised to call 911 if the person shows back up on the private property and he will be asked to leave.

Aug. 3 — Officer Jason Easley responded to 136 N. Park on a domestic violence call. Cynthia Condella and Malayna Oden were arrested on charges of domestic battery. Both had visible marks.

Aug. 3 — Officer Jason Easley responded to 222 N. Meridian on a lost child report. The calling party reported seven kids were in backyard playing and running in and out. After 20 minutes they noticed a 4-year-old missing from the group. Several other units and Valley Center fire units checked several houses, yards, parks and schools. The child was later found behind some boxes sleeping in a chair inside the residence.

Aug. 3 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma performed business checks throughout the city. Everything appeared to be normal.

Aug. 3 — Officers JC Kirk and Ryan Mumma red-tagged a trailer parked in the street in the 600 block of Scott.

Aug 8 — 9121 N. Seneca, sick person.

Aug 6 — 801 S. Meridian, child locked in vehicle.

Aug 6 — 8809 N. Seneca, permit.

Aug 6 — 69th North and Meridian, permit.

Aug 6 — 118 N. Park, medical alarm.

Aug 5 — 801 Valley Park Drive, permit.

Aug 4 — 415 W. Davis, unknown EMS.

Aug 4 — 1240 E Ford, Apt. 211, seizure.
