Darla Shaw-Mainz Last Updated: August 13, 2015 Darla Kay Shaw-Mainz, 44, died Aug. 8, 2015. She was the co-owner of Le Venue in Valley Center. She was preceded in death by mother, Marvalee Shaw. Survivors include her daughter, Alex Mainz; father, Bill and Nan Shaw; brothers, Brad and Wes Shaw; stepsister, Krisha (Andy) Wilbers; and grandson, Bryer.
