Bella Strong fundraiser set By The News staff Last Updated: August 13, 2015 A bingo and vendor party fundraiser is planned to help Bellalynn Smith and her family. The public is invited. The event will be Aug. 16 at Best Western Wichita North Hotel & Suites, 915 E. 53rd North. Doors will open at 2 p.m. Bingo will start at 3 p.m. Visitors can shop from a variety of vendors as well. Bella Strong buttons are $4 each. Donations are welcome. Bellalynn has a rare form of epilepsy known as Dravet Syndrome. She is the granddaughter of Bob and Denise Appelhans of Valley Center and Keith and Jonna Stowell of Benton. |
