July 19 — Ivan Alejandro Mendoza-Rangel, Wichita, was arrested at I-135 and 53rd North on charges of no valid driver's license, driving while a habitual violator and failure to appear in court.

July 18 — Lisa Lynn Winters-Milner, Wichita, was arrested at 805 E. Fifth, Valley Center, on a charge of DUI.

July 18 — Megan Nichole Wagner, 909 N. Meadow, Valley Center, was arrested at 909 N. Meadow on a charge of contempt of court.

July 18 — Cody Darrell Hooser, 909 N. Meadow, Valley Center, was arrested at 909 N. Meadow on charges of burglary, theft and contempt of court.

July 18 — Kevin Lee Ormerod, 6235 N. Seneca, was arrested in Wichita on charges of possession of narcotics, unlawful possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 18 — A battery was reported in the 7800 block of North Hillside.

July 17 — Casandra Ruth Ayiera, 9338 N. 135th West, was arrested in Wichita on a charge of probation violation.

July 17 — Nicolette Stormy Knight, 1236 E. Charleston, Park City, was arrested at 1236 E. Charleston on a charge of contempt of court.

July 17 — Criminal littering was reported at 8700 N. 55th West.

July 15 — Brandon Dane Clark, 221 N. Birch, Valley Center, was arrested at 221 N. Birch on charges of refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test and driving while a habitual violator.

July 15 — Arson was reported at 16262 W. 101st North.

July 14 — Ross Dean Sowers, 1100 E. Appleton, Valley Center, was arrested in Wichita on a hold for another agency and on a charge of probation violation.

July 14 — A vehicle driven by Kenneth R. Stoneking struck a deer at 10800 N. Broadway. No injuries were reported.
