July 20 – Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of East Denver. A citizen reported receiving threatening text messages.

July 20 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell conducted a business check at Axis Metal and Recycling in the 5500 block of North Broadway.

July 20 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell assisted Wichita police on a traffic stop at 69th North and Broadway. The driver of the vehicle was arrested by Wichita police on a charge of battery.

July 20 – Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz responded to an alarm in the 5800 block of North Kerman Court. The alarm was false.

July 20 – Officers Brandon Green and Keith Goodall took a miscellaneous report in the 500 block of East 63rd North. Travis Winkelman was arrested on a Sedgwick County warrant.

July 20 – Officers Brandon Green and Keith Goodall took a miscellaneous report in the 1300 block of East Denver.

July 20 – Officer Duane Schrag responded to a report of larceny in the 1000 block of East Beaumont. A citizen reported unknown person(s) entering three unlocked vehicles on her property and removing change from the center console.

July 20 – Officers Duane Schrag and Christopher Shields responded to a report of larceny in the 1100 block of East Beaumont. A citizen reported unknown person(s) entering her unlocked vehicle sometime after 10:30 p.m. July 20.

July 19 – Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to an alarm in the 200 block of West 53rd North. The alarm was false.

July 19 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell took a suspicious character report at East Ravena and North Hydraulic. A suspicious vehicle in Hap McLean Park belonged to a citizen and a friend painting playground equipment.

July 19 – Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to assist the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office on a domestic violence call at 61st North and Hillside. The situation was verbal only.

July 19 – Officer Brandon Green assisted the Sedgwick County Fire Department in response to an appliance that was sparking inside a residence in the 6400 block of North Ulysses. The officer arrived to see a flame on the filament of an oven. The officer found the breaker box and turned off the power to the oven, possibly saving the lives of three children and one adult.

July 19 – Officer Brandon Green assisted the Sedgwick County Fire Department with traffic control as firefighters put out a small grass fire on the shoulder of the highway in the 8600 block of North I-135.

July 19 – Officer Dale Coffman received a telephone request for information from the Lyons Police Department.

July 19 – Officer Dale Coffman responded to a non-injury, private property vehicle accident in the parking lot of 81 Speedway at 7701 N. Broadway.

July 19 – Officer Duane Schrag took a miscellaneous offense report at the station. The officer confirmed a Park City warrant for Victor Manuel-Chavez-Vargas, who was booked into jail by a Sedgwick County Sheriff's deputy.

July 19 – Officers Christopher Shields and Duane Schrag assisted the Kansas Highway Patrol with traffic control following a hit-and-run accident at 101st North and I-135.

July 18 – Officer Edwyn Diaz took a supplemental report in the 5900 block of North Air Cap Drive. A subject was issued a notice to appear in court on a uniform criminal complaint.

July 18 – Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to a non-injury, vehicle accident at 45th North and Hydraulic.

July 18 – Officer Edwyn Diaz and Lt. Hobert Capps took a miscellaneous report in the 6200 block of North Broadway. A subject was issued a no trespass order from a business.

July 18 – Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to a report of a lost wallet in the 1100 block of East Evanston.

July 18 – Lt. Hobert Capps responded to a business's request for extra patrol in the 1700 block of East 61st North.

July 18 – Lt. Hobert Capps took a miscellaneous report in the 6200 block of North Jacksonville. There was a suspicious character report at Subway. Contact was made with two adults and two children. No offenses were committed and the children appeared happy and healthy.

July 18 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman responded to an alarm in the 6400 block of North Chisholm Pointe. The alarm was false.

July 18 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman provided miscellaneous service in the 1400 block of East Cloverdale. A citizen wanted an officer to standby as he retrieved his children from his ex.

July 18 – Officer Brandon Green responded to a report of a lost ID at Quik Trip, 928 E. 61st North.

July 18 – Officer Dale Coffman took a miscellaneous report in the 500 block of East 61st North.

July 18 – Officer Brandon Green responded to a report of larceny in the 5100 block of North Broadway. An employee with a business reported a handgun, a cell phone and chewing tobacco missing from a semi cab while it was being worked on.

July 18 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 6200 block of North East Parkview. A citizen reported two juveniles throwing rocks at his vehicle as he drove down the street. The officer was unable to locate any suspects.

July 18 – Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Trent Johnson responded to a loud noise complaint in the 6500 block of North Hydraulic. A citizen was contacted and asked to keep noise levels down.

July 18 – Officer Dustin Belton assisted the Kansas Highway Patrol with a car stop in the 6100 block of North Air Cap Drive.

July 17 – Officer Christopher Shields responded to a general alarm in the 5700 block of North Broadway. Upon arrival, employees advised they did not get to the panel in time. The alarm was deemed false.

July 17 – Officer Dustin Belton located and removed a mattress and other items from the road in the 6400 block of North Broadway. City crews were notified to pick up the items.

July 17 – Officer Dustin Belton and Sgt. Trent Johnson checked for a possible alarm due to a red rotating light operating in the front window of a business in the 1500 block of East 61st North. No alarm was heard, and the surrounding businesses were checked with nothing out of the ordinary found.

July 17 – Officer Christopher Shields saw a vehicle strike the northbound right-turn median at 61st North and Broadway hard enough to cause the vehicle to be inoperable. Officer arrested the driver, Amber Ray Bassart, on a charge of DUI. She was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail, and the vehicle was impounded by Northend Auto.

July 17 – Officer Dale Coffman responded to assist KHP with a reported slide-off accident on I-135 near 61st North. Nothing was found.

July 17 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman responded to domestic violence in the 500 block of East 63rd North. Officers determined it was a verbal altercation only.

July 17 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman responded to a general alarm in the 5500 block of North Mill Heights. The alarm was deemed false.

July 17 – Officers Dale Coffman and Brandon Green responded to a panic alarm in the 6200 block of North West Parkview. They were unable to contact anyone.

July 17 – Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report at 6110 North Hydraulic from a citizen whose cousin said that two known subjects had been looking for the citizen at the BMX track in Park City on July 16. The citizen is being accused of talking to the police about both subjects smoking marijuana in the park.

July 17 – Lt. Hobert Capps spoke with a citizen about an open case in the 200 block of East 53rd North. The case was suspended at the request of the victim.

July 17 – Lt. Hobert Capps photographed and submitted miscellaneous jewelry dropped off by an unknown person at 6110 North Hydraulic.

July 17 – Officer Edwyn Diaz and Lt. Hobart Capps found a portion of the cable fence down on the northwest side of the park by the picnic tables in the 6800 block of North Hydraulic. A vehicle apparently had run over the fence, but no debris was found. Photos were taken.

July 16 – Officer Dustin Belton assisted EMS in the 4900 block of North Wyndham Court. The patient was transported to St. Francis Hospital.

July 16 – Officer Duane Schrag responded to a report of a deer in the road in the 5300 block of North I-135. He was disregarded by KHP prior to arrival.

July 16 – Officer Duane Schrag responded to a general alarm in the 5700 block of North Broadway. An employee had accidentally set the alarm off when he came into the building.

July 16 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman noticed a citizen outside a residence in the 1200 block of East Denver. They served the citizen with a PFA issued by the 18th Judicial District.

July 16 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman responded to the 1900 block of East Ventnor for a report of a juvenile speeding in the street.

July 16 – Officer Brandon Green checked the welfare of an elderly man slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle in the 6800 block of North Hydraulic. The man was sleeping and was OK.

July 16 – Officers Dale Coffman and Brandon Green responded to a business alarm in the 5700 block of North Broadway. Employees were still there, and the alarm was determined to be false.

July 16 – Officer Richard Wolff responded to vandalism in the 6600 block of North Tarrytown. The reporting party said someone had scratched the side of her vehicle sometime between July 1 and July 16. Damage estimated at $300.

July 16 – Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted EMS with a patient in the 500 block of East 63rd North. EMS transported the patient to a hospital for treatment.

July 16 – Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to a motion alarm covering the east shop in the 6200 block of North Hydraulic. An employee there said he did not have a key and was waiting for other employees to arrive and unlock the building. Officer checked the building's exterior and found it to be secure. The alarm was deemed false.

July 15 – Officer Dustin Belton responded to assist Valley Center police with a gas run-off from Casey's. He was unable to locate the suspect vehicle.

July 15 – Officer Duane Schrag took a report of an accident on private property at 6115 North Air Cap Drive. A semi was damaged when it was driven into a large hole in the parking lot behind the building.

July 15 – Officer Levi Herring stopped a vehicle in the 6800 block of North Hydraulic. He gave a verbal warning to the driver for several traffic violations.

July 15 – Officer Levi Herring assisted Wichita police in changing a classification and getting a new case number because of some of the incidents occurring in Park City.

July 15 – Officer Dale Coffman responded to a lost dog sitting on the corner of Denver and Louisville. The dog was too fast for the officer to catch.

July 15 – Officer Dale Coffman took a report from a citizen in the 200 block of West 58th North who had received a threatening phone call from a known suspect.

July 15 – Officer Dale Coffman took a report of a person falsely identifying himself as a Park City police officer during a telephone conversation.

July 15 – Officer Richard Wolff took a report from a citizen that the gate to the driveway was destroyed and a lock was cut on one of the storage buildings in the 7200 block of North Broadway. The officer advised that a search warrant was served on the property and gave the citizen contact information for the agency that served the warrant.

July 15 – Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to a disturbance where the calling party requested a Vietnamese translator in the 1900 block of East Cedar Tree. Upon arrival, officer determined through a translator on the phone that the incident occurred at an unknown address in Wichita. The translator was advised the calling party would need to contact the Wichita Police Department to make a report.

July 15 – Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to a residential alarm in the 4700 block of North Briargate Court. The exterior of the residence was secure and the alarm was deemed to be false.

July 15 – Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to a vehicle fire on the southbound on-ramp at 61st North and I-135. The vehicle was located south of 61st North on the interstate. The owner said it had overheated and he was going to call a mechanic to pick it up. Officer placed an orange sticker on the vehicle until it could be towed.

July 14 -- Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report from a citizen who lost his wallet and $250 cash in the 5900 block of North Air Cap Drive on July 13.

July 14 – Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report of the theft of four batteries from a semi-tractor parked in the 1800 block of East 53rd North on July 13.

July 14 – Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report of the theft of 35 gallons of paint and several feet of copper wire from a residence in the 4700 block of North Steeds Crossing over the weekend. Entrance obtained through the front door, possibly with a pry tool. Photos were taken and submitted. Loss estimated at $2,200.  

July 14 – Officer Edwyn Diaz spoke with a citizen at the station about her 10-year-old stealing and acting out of control. The juvenile was counseled and agreed to behave.

July 14 – Officers Richard Wolff and Lt. Hobart Capps responded to a 911 call of an overdose in the 6200 block of North Hydraulic.

July 14 – Officers Dale Coffman and Edwyn Diaz and Det. Dwight Wilkes responded to assist EMS with a sick call in the 5900 block of North Hartford. EMS transported the patient to St. Francis Hospital.

July 14 – Officers Dale Coffman and Levi Herring responded to check the welfare of a young man and woman in the 1400 block of East Beaumont. The couple was OK and was given a resource list for assistance.

July 14 – Officer Dale Coffman responded to assist EMS and fire with a child in the 4600 block of North Hydraulic. The patient was transported to Wesley Medical Center.

July 14 – Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Trent Johnson patrolled the neighborhoods and performed traffic enforcement. There were no calls for service.

July 13 – Officer Duane Schrag found two people in a vehicle in the park after hours. He warned them about being in the park after hours.

July 13 – Sgt. Trent Johnson and Officer Duane Schrag checked a white male with a flashlight walking in the 5800 block of North Broadway. He was just out for a walk.

July 13 – Officer Dale Coffman responded to disorderly conduct in the 900 block of East 53rd North. An employee reported receiving a disturbing and threatening phone call from an unknown male.

July 13 – Officers Dale Coffman and Levi Herring responded to complaints of speeding and inconsiderate driving in the 6800 block of North Hydraulic. One citation was issued.

July 13 – Officer Dale Coffman assisted Wichita police in searching for a lost child in the 5500 block of North Sedgwick.

July 13 – Officer Dale Coffman checked the welfare of a female in the 1400 block of East Evanston after her grandfather had been unable to contact her by phone. No one was home and the vehicle was gone. Officer notified the citizen.

July 13 – Officer Richard Wolff responded to a minor vehicle accident at the QuikTrip, 928 E. 61st North.

July 13 – Officer Richard Wolff checked a motion alarm in the 5500 block of North Chuzy. The perimeter fence was secure, and everything appeared to be OK. Alarm was deemed false.

July 13 – Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to a larceny in the 6400 block of North Wendell. A citizen reported the theft of an American flag and flagpole from the front yard of his home. No suspects; loss estimated at $30.

July 13 – Officer Richard Wolff responded to the 1200 block of East Broadbeck to assist EMS in transporting a patient to St. Francis.

July 13 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff assisted Kansas Highway Patrol in contacting a resident in the 1200 block of East Broadbeck about an unreported accident involving the resident's vehicle.

July 13 – Officer Richard Wolff and Sgt. Trent Johnson assisted staff at Jeeps, 605 East 101st North, by trying to locate the owner of a white iPhone. The owner was located and the phone was returned.

July 13 – Officer Richard Wolff and Sgt. Trent Johnson took a report of a person who fell off a motorcycle in the 600 block of East 101st North on July 12. The patient had been transported by EMS to St. Francis.

July 12 – Officer Duane Schrag assisted Kansas Highway Patrol with traffic control at a fatality accident in the 14300 block of East 61st North.

July 12 – Officers Christopher Shields and Duane Schrag assisted Kansas Highway Patrol with traffic control at an injury accident in the 9900 block of I-135.

July 12 – Officers Duane Schrag and Christopher Shields responded to domestic violence in the 900 block of East 53rd North. They determined the incident occurred on I-235 and notified Wichita Police Department, which responded and investigated.

July 12 – Officers Brandon Green and Levi Herring responded to a residential alarm in the 9500 block of North Hydraulic. The alarm was false.

July 12 – Officers Brandon Green, Dale Coffman and Levi Herring responded to a burglary report in the 6600 block of North Kerman. A female juvenile in the home reported an unknown black male tried to open the front door. The juvenile left by the back door and went to a neighbor's house. Officers did not locate a suspect.

July 12 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff assisted EMS with a motorcycle accident at Jeeps in the 600 block of East 101st North. A patient was treated for a small laceration and released to her parent.

July 12 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff responded to a report of an animal left in a vehicle for more than 15 minutes in a parking lot in the 6200 block of North Broadway. The reporting party said the vehicle left prior to their arrival.

July 12 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff attempted to serve a protection-from-abuse order in the 1300 block of East Denver. The victim advised them that the subject had not been staying at this address since the incident. Officers notified Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office.

July 12 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff responded to a general alarm covering the overhead doors of a building in the 1200 block of East 85th North. They were disregarded prior to arrival by the alarm company.

July 12 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff responded to a report of an aggressive black and white collie charging at a man cutting grass in the 2700 block of East 61st North. The dog was found in the 2900 block of East 61st North and was not aggressive. According to its owner, the dog did get out of the yard from time to time and charge after vehicles. The owner later contained the dog. A copy of the report was sent to Animal Control.

July 12 – Officers Richard Wolff and Edwyn Diaz contacted a known suspect in the 1100 block of East Denver who was in possession of a trailer previously reported stolen in Wichita. The trailer was released to Wichita Police Department.

July 12 – Officer Richard Wolff was notified of a nonaggressive Husky running at-large in the area of the 1100 block of East Denver.

July 11 – Officers Dustin Belton and Christopher Shields checked on two suspicious males seen walking along the ditch on Kingman Street. Officers stopped four juveniles driving out of the park in the 6800 block of North Hydraulic. The juveniles were released to their parents, who signed the notice of loitering violation form.

July 11 – Officers Levi Herring and Brandon Green assisted motorcyclists to Alefs from the 900 block of East 53rd North.

July 11 – Officer Brandon Green checked for a stolen trailer in the 1100 block of East Denver. A trailer was located but was not identifiable.

July 11 – Officer Dale Coffman took a report from a Wichita resident who received a video from a known person of someone threatening him.

July 11 – Officer Dale Coffman returned a lost dog to its home in the 1600 block of East Lancaster.

July 11 – Officers Brandon Green, Dale Coffman and Levi Herring responded to a citizen reporting her ex was trying to kick her out of the home in the 500 block of East 63rd North. The officers advised the subject of the eviction process.

July 11 – Officer Dale Coffman assisted Kansas Highway Patrol with a false alarm at 8420 N. Broadway.

July 11 – Officer Brandon Green took a vandalism report of a known person leaving work and causing dents by kicking the reporting party's vehicle in the 5900 block of North Air Cap Drive.

July 11 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell and Lt. Hobart Capps responded to a report of a citizen leaving personal property with a person who refused to return it in the 1300 block of East Evanston. The subject said there is nothing in the residence that belonged to the reporting party.

July 11 – Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report of the theft of a bicycle from the front entrance of Chisholm Trail Elementary in the 6000 block of North Independence. There was no suspect, and a serial number was not available.

July 11 – Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call in the 6000 block of North East Parkview. Dispatch disregarded them after learning that children had been playing on the phone.

July 11 – Officer Chuck Trimmell contacted a citizen who reported returning home in the 4900 block of North Shadow Lane and feeling like someone had been through his residence while he was gone. The officer contacted the man's brother who said he tends to forget things or where he puts things.

July 10 – Officers Dustin Belton and Christopher Shields responded to a report of a man walking and throwing items at vehicles along Broadway between 53rd North and 45th North. A man was found near 4100 N. Broadway, and he admitted to throwing a pop bottle in the road, but not at a vehicle.

July 10 – Officer Brandon Green assisted EMS with a patient in the 1800 block of East Wyndham. The patient was transported by EMS.

July 10 – Officer Brandon Green arrested Joshua Van Aken on a Park City warrant in the 6100 block of North Hydraulic.

July 10 – Officers Dale Coffman and Randy Browning and a Sedgwick County deputy responded to prevent a disturbance in the 2500 block of East Ventnor. A citizen had brought his new girlfriend to meet his estranged wife. The women did not appreciate his decision.

July 10 – Officers Dale Coffman and Brandon Green responded to investigate a possible trespass in the 300 block of East 69th North. They were unable to contact the property owner.

July 10 – Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted a Valley Center officer in checking a suspicious vehicle occupied by two men in the 1700 bock of West 101st North. The two men were landowners.

July 10 – Officer Edwyn Diaz was asked to call a citizen at a doctor's office in Hutchinson regarding filing a report about a Park City resident who is a patient there using the doctor's name to obtain medication. The officer was unsuccessful in several attempts to contact the calling party.

July 10 – Officer Chuck Trimmell stood by while a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper checked on a white male walking in the 5800 block of North I-135. The man was advised not to walk on the interstate and was sent on his way.

July 9 – Officer Christopher Shields was dispatched to assist Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office with an explosion on the 6100 block of North 127th East. He was disregarded en route.

July 9 – Officers Duane Schrag and Christopher Shields found an open door on a building in the 7300 block of North Wild West Drive. The building was checked and no new damage was found.

July 9 – Officers Duane Schrag and Christopher Shields responded to a report of a party in the 1400 block of East Ashford. Residents were listening to music on their back porch, and the officers asked them to turn the volume down.

July 9 – Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to battery in the Leeker's parking lot in the 6200 block of North Broadway. The victim was struck in the face by her 14-year-old daughter but did not wish to press charges.

July 9 – Sgt. Keith Goodall found an open garage door open in the 7300 block of North Wild West Drive. He checked the building and took pictures of what appeared to be new damage inside.

July 9 – Officer Dale Coffman and Sgt. Keith Goodall checked on a truck with its flashers on in the 5100 block of Newton Circle. It was parked during the daytime and the driver did not notice he had left the lights on. Everything was OK.

July 9 – Officer Brandon Green answered a question in the 200 block of West 53rd North from a citizen about whether a signature was needed on a speeding ticket.

July 9 – Officers Dale Coffman and Brandon Green, Sgt. Keith Goodall, a Kechi officer and school district officer arrested Lindsay Slater of Park City for trespass at Chisholm Trail Elementary in the 6000 block of North Independence.
