August dispositions

•Kerry L. Hale was fined $125 (plus costs) for careless driving (an amended charge).

•Christopher E. Harding was fined $1,000 (plus costs) for diving while a habitual violator (an amended charge). A charge of failure to yield at a stop or yield sign was dismissed.

•Donald Patrick Hodge was fined $85 (plus costs) for speeding (59 in a 45).

•Rodney T. Hollinger was fined $60 (plus costs) for failure to yield at a stop or yield sign.

•Nicholas J. Kruckenberg was fined $108 (plus costs) for speeding (63 in a 45).

•Tammy L. Kruger-Greenlee was fined $75 (plus costs) for speeding (42 in a 30).

•A charge of domestic battery against Scott A. LaForest was dismissed.

•Charges of two counts of dog running at-large against Nicholas Lewis were dismissed.
