Police enforce seat belt use By The News staff Last Updated: May 23, 2013 Buckle up. Valley Center police are looking for seat belt violators during the Click It or Ticket campaign through June 2. Sgt. Matt Vogt said police have the authority to stop vehicles if they see drivers or passengers not wearing seat belts. The enforcement campaign also is focusing on child-restraint compliance. |
