ALBERT CARNAHAN Last Updated: May 23, 2013 Albert "Ab" Lee Carnahan, 84, died May 21, 2013. He was born in Valley Center to Wayne Lee Carnahan and Mildred Naomi (Mathers) Carnahan. In April of 1950, he married Sally W. Smith. He worked for 38 years and retired from the Boeing Aircraft Accounting Department. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Sayler and husband Donald of Wichita; sister, Roberta Tormey and husband Bob of Valley Center; son-in-law, Richard Dunn of Valley Center; grandchildren, Adam (Tracy) Dunn, Aaron (Lisa) Dunn, Matthew (Sarah) Dunn, Michael Sayler and Marci Sayler; and great-grandchildren, Valerie Dunn, Erica Dunn, Derek Dunn, Dylan Dunn, Jennifer Sayler, Nicole Sayler, Taylor Dunn and Aiden Dunn. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Carnahan and daughter, Cynthia Dunn. Services will be 10 a.m. on May 24 at First United Methodist Church, 560 N. Park, Valley Center. Memorials may be made to the Valley Center High School Athletic Department. Baker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. |
