Dance theme: ‘Blast into the Past’ By The News staff Last Updated: February 07, 2013 Valley Center High School will celebrate spirit week next week, leading up to homecoming on Feb. 15. Theme of homecoming will be "Blast into the Past." Feb. 11 will be 1990s theme, Feb. 12 will be 1980s, Feb. 13 will be 1970, Feb. 14 will be 1960s and Feb. 15 will be class colors — gold for freshmen, white for sophomores, purple for junior and black for seniors. King and queen coronation will take place during the basketball games. The Sadie Hawkins homecoming dance will be in the high school commons area after the games. Homecoming queen candidates are Amanda Lee, Sierra Archer and Holley McQuitty. Homecoming king candidates are Max Thompson, Chad Blair and Braden Tormey. |
