    Last year, Paul let his son move his own business into the vacant building on Paul's property on the west side of Meridian. Chris now does windshield replacement out of the property he calls Kansas Windshield. Chris has obviously been around cars his whole life, but said he wasn't so sure he wanted to work with cars until going to college.

    The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said the girl was driving a white Nissan north in the 9300 block of North Seneca when the car left the road and ran into the tree line. The girl kept driving. She went around the Road Closed signs on 93rd Street, went off the road again and then made it to the high school parking lot.

    A couple of truck drivers apparently misjudged the height of their vehicles and struck overhead lines during the past week. No one was hurt. None of the lines was electrical.
