    Donald Lewis Kutilek, 89, of Wichita, died March 15, 2015. He was a retired cattle order buyer and commodity broker.

    Dorothy Amy Seibel, 94, of North Newton, died March 15, 2015.
JOHN PARKER
    John Gordon Parker, 79, of Wichita, died March 16, 2015. He was a retired Welch and Four Seasons dry cleaner owner.
KENNETH BAKER
    Kenneth Allen Baker, 62, of Sedgwick, died March 14, 2015. He was AMG Specialty Hospital director of operations. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
MARIAN DROEGEMEIER
    Marian May (Skaggs) Droegemeier, 90, of Russell, formerly of Valley Center, died March 20, 2015. She was an assistant librarian for 20 years at West and Abilene elementary schools in Valley Center.
NANCY PERRY
    Nancy Elizabeth “Betty" Perry, 89, of Inman, died March 8, 2015.
PHYLLIS HAINLINE
    Phyllis RoJean (Riggs) Hainline, 86, of Newton and formerly of Park City, died March 16, 2015. She was a retired trucking company sales, bookkeeper and owner.

Kechi OKs purchase of electronic sign  David Dinell
    Kechi will soon have a large electronic message sign on the south side of City Hall. Precise details of its size and cost have yet to be determined, but the city council made it clear at its March 12 meeting that it wants the project to happen, voting 5-0 to approve it.
