FOOTBALL PICKS: Wormington wins Week 1 of football picks

Jeremy Wormington broke a two-way tie to win the first week of The Ark Valley News football picks contest.

Wormington and Billy Wilson got 16 of 20 picks correct. Wormington's tiebreaker guess of 63 was closest to the combined final score of the Kansas City Chiefs' 33-29 (62) win over the Cleveland Browns.

Wormington will receive $25 in Football Bucks. For his second-place finish, Wilson will receive $20 in Football Bucks.

Chad Clark broke a tie to place third with 15 correct picks. Ernesto Salas also had 15 correct picks. Clark's tiebreaker guess was 69, while Salas' was 48.

Clark wins $15 in Football Bucks.

This week's prizes can be picked up at PawPrints Pet Supply, 108 N. Ash.
