Dec. 27 — Officers Cody McCall, Edwyn Diaz and Cole Haas responded to the 2500 block of East Burlington Court and arrested Curtis Strother for a Sedgwick County warrant.

Dec. 27 — Officer Cole Haas assisted a motorist whose vehicle died in the left-turn lane at 61st North and Jacksonville. Officer monitored traffic until the vehicle was moved.  

Dec. 27 — Officer Cody McCall spoke with a resident at the station. The calling party reported possibly seeing his previously stolen vehicle in south Wichita. Southside Wichita officers checked the area but did not locate the vehicle.

Dec. 27 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to the 1200 block of East Broadbeck to serve a Park City subpoena but was unable to make contact.

Dec. 27 — Officer Shane Alexander followed up at the station.

Dec. 27 — Officer Jordan Whitfield and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux assisted EMS in the 5900 block of North Air Cap Drive.

Dec. 27 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officers Jordan Whitfield and Shane Alexander stopped a motorist in the 400 block of East 69th North for a traffic violation. They smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. A vehicle search yielded only trace amounts.

Dec. 27 — Officer Shane Alexander confirmed a Park City warrant for Gary Easter who had been arrested by the Kingman County Sheriff's Office.

Dec. 27 — Officers Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits, along with Sedgwick County sheriff, responded to the 7000 block of I-135 for a motorist going north in the southbound lanes. A deputy stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver for an out-of-county warrant and on a charge of DUI.

Dec. 27 — Officer Todd Langford and a Valley Center officer responded to the 5400 block of North Meridian, Wichita, for a man down. They found a man almost unresponsive on the floor of a business. He was transported to a hospital.

Dec. 27 — Officers Luke Tibbits and Todd Langford responded to an alarm in the 500 block of East 63rd North. It was false.

Dec. 26 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 4600 block of North Broadway. A consensual search of the vehicle found no illegal items.

Dec. 26 — Officer Cody McCall answered questions on the phone at the station about a previous case.  

Dec. 26 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz assisted Sedgwick County sheriff in looking for a wanted person in the 2600 block of East Burlington Court. They were unable to find the person.

Dec. 26 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to the 1200 block of East Broadbeck for a disturbance between two people. Officers determined one of them had made suicidal statement earlier in the day. That person was taken to a hospital for an evaluation.

Dec. 26 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz responded to a loud music complaint in the 6500 block of North West Parkview. The resident told officers they would turn the music down to an appropriate level.

Dec. 26 — Officers Shane Alexander and Jordan Whitfield and Sgt. Keith Goodall followed up in the 11900 block of North Hydraulic. Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office had detained two suspicious people who turned out to be suspects in a Dec. 25 vehicle pursuit involving Park City police. Officers arrested Jessica Petrick on charges of flee and elude, tag violation, speeding, failure to signal, running a stop sign, license restrictions and driving while a habitual violator and for a Cloud County warrant.

Dec. 26 — Officers Shane Alexander and Jordan Whitfield and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 1500 block of East Cedar Tree for a vehicle sitting outside a residence for a long period of time. Officers contacted the driver and occupant who were visiting family in the neighborhood.

Dec. 26 — Officer Jordan Whitfield and Sgt. Keith Goodall confirmed a Park City warrant for Stanley Terwort II, who was already in the Sedgwick County jail.

Dec. 26 — Sgt. Brandon Green responded to the 1500 block of East Ravena Circle for two juveniles in the park after hours. Their parents were contacted, and all parties were warned about curfew and being in the park after hours.

Dec. 26 — Officer Todd Langford confirmed a Park City warrant for Derek Johnson, who was arrested by the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office.

Dec. 25 — Officer Cody McCall and Sedgwick County deputy responded to assist Valley Center police with a disturbance in the 8400 block of North Broadway. Suspects left the area before officers arrived and were not found.

Dec. 25 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux, Officer Jordan Whitfield and Sgt. Keith Goodall tried to stop a vehicle for traffic violations in the 6200 block of North I-135. The vehicle did not stop and a pursuit ensued which involved sheriff's deputies from Sedgwick and Harvey counties and KHP. The chase was broken off, and the suspect vehicle was found abandoned and towed.

Dec. 25 — Sgt. Brandon Green responded to a one-car accident at Denver and Hydraulic. He arrested Shawn Meece on a charge of DUI.

Dec. 25 — Officer Todd Langford checked a business in the 6000 block of North Hattan Drive and found it had been vandalized.  

Dec. 24 — Officer Cole Haas and Sgt. Richard Wolff assisted a semitrailer that was inoperable in the middle of the intersection at 53rd North and Broadway. They provided traffic control until a tow truck arrived.

Dec. 24 — Officer Cole Haas followed up in the 5900 block of North Air Cap Drive.

Dec. 24 — Officer Cole Haas and Sgt. Richard Wolff were dispatched to assist Bel Aire police with a lost juvenile in the 5600 block of North Lycee. They were disregarded prior to arrival.

Dec. 24 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Gary Palmer responded to an alarm in the 4700 block of North Canterbury Court. It was false.

Dec. 24 — Sgt. Brandon Green assisted Valley Center police with a larceny in-progress in the 100 block of North Park. The suspect fled on foot and was not found.

Dec. 24 — Officer Luke Tibbits reported the arrest of Andres Jurado in Sedgwick County for a Park City warrant.

Dec. 23 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report of a non-injury accident on private property in the 6200 block of North Broadway.

Dec. 23 — Officer Gary Palmer received property that was found at a business in the 900 block of East 61st North.

Dec. 23 — Officers Gary Palmer and Shane Alexander checked the welfare of a person in the 1000 block of East Evanston. Everything was OK.

Dec. 23 — Officer Luke Tibbits responded to an alarm in the 5600 block of North Broadway. It was false.

Dec. 23 — Officer Luke Tibbits was contacted by an individual in the 1000 block of East Hopalong Cassidy Circle. Officer answered questions about how to revoke someone's bond.

Dec. 22 — Officers Cody McCall and Cole Haas stopped a motorist for traffic violations in the 6200 block of North Jacksonville. The driver was issued a Uniform Criminal Complaint for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia and released.

Dec. 22 — Officers Cody McCall and Cole Haas responded to the 300 block of North Sioux to assist Kechi police with a disturbance with weapons. They were disregarded upon arrival.

Dec. 22 — Officers Cody McCall and Cole Haas checked the 1400 block of East Evanston for a wanted person. They did not locate the individual.

Dec. 22 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officer Gary Palmer responded to the 2500 block of East Fairchild for a suspicious vehicle parked in a cul-de-sac near the calling party's house. The vehicle was legally parked, and officers were unable to contact its owner.

Dec. 22 — Officer Gary Palmer responded to the 1600 block of North Broadway to assist Sedgwick County sheriff. The calling party said someone followed her home from Newton. She said the following vehicle didn't go into her driveway and turned around. Officers were unable to contact any suspects.

Dec. 22 — Officer Shane Alexander discovered a wounded deer in the 7500 block of North Hydraulic that was no longer mobile. He put down the deer.

Dec. 22 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux received two shell casings found in a parking lot in the 6100 block of North Air Cap Drive.  

Dec. 22 — Officers Luke Tibbits and Todd Langford responded to a disturbance with a weapon at a business in the 5900 block of North Air Cap Drive. The reporting parties told officers an unknown couple verbally assaulted them in the drive-through, smashed their windshield and threatened to run them over and kill them.

Dec. 22 — Officers Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits responded to a suspicious person in the 6300 block of North West Parkview. They found and arrested Peter Bunting on a charge of DUI.

Dec. 22 — Officers Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits stopped a vehicle in the 6300 block of North West Parkview for a stolen tag out of Wichita. Officers searched the vehicle and found drug paraphernalia. The paraphernalia and the tag were seized and submitted to property and evidence.

Dec. 21 — Cpl. Christopher Shields and Officers Cody McCall, Edwyn Diaz and Cole Haas responded to a medical call in the 1900 block of East Ravena.

Dec. 21 — Officer Cole Haas took a report of a non-injury accident in the 8100 block of North Hartman Arena Drive.

Dec. 21 — Officers Edwyn Diaz, Cole Haas and Cody McCall responded to an alarm in the 400 block of East 49th North. It was false.

Dec. 21 — Officers Cole Haas and Gary Palmer responded to the 6100 block of North Air Cap Driver where a woman reported locking her keys and child in her car while it was turned off. When officers arrived, Sedgwick County fire had already unlocked the vehicle, and the woman had left.

Dec. 21 — Officers Gary Palmer and Cole Haas responded to the 5800 block of North Judson Drive for a welfare check. They were unable to make contact.

Dec. 21 — Officer Cole Haas provided traffic control at an injury accident in the 6600 block of North Oliver in Kechi.

Dec. 21 — Officer Gary Palmer took a report of a non-injury, hit-and-run accident in the 2600 block of East Cambridge.

Dec. 21 — Officers Luke Tibbits and Todd Langford responded to the activation of a medical bracelet in the 6100 block of North Judson. The calling party told officers she thought someone had been in her house. Officers cleared the house, and everything was OK.

Dec. 20 — Officers Cole Haas and Cody McCall stopped a vehicle in the 500 block of East 63rd North for having a tag assigned to a different vehicle. They determined the tag was fake, and the driver was driving with an expired license. Officers seized the tag, and cited the driver.

Dec. 20 — Officer Cody McCall confirmed a Park City warrant for Adam Miller who was arrested by Wichita Airport Police.

Dec. 20 — Officer Cole Haas confirmed a Park City warrant for Lacey Gosvener who was arrested by Valley Center police.

Dec. 20 — Officer Cody McCall and Sgt. Richard Wolff served a Park City subpoena in the 500 block of North Meridian.

Dec. 20 — Officer Cole Haas spoke with a woman who came to the station and asked officers to escort her to collect her children from their father's house in Park City. The woman said she did not have a custody arrangement. Officer advised police were unable to assist without a court order.

Dec. 20 — Officer Edwyn Diaz assisted Kechi police with an alarm in the 100 block of North Prairie Creek Drive. It was false.

Dec. 20 — Officer Gary Palmer followed up on a case at the station.

Dec. 20 — Officer Gary Palmer responded to 61st North and Broadway for a vandalism report. He determined the incident actually occurred in the 700 block of West 61st North, which is in Wichita.

Dec. 20 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux responded to the 6400 block of North East Parkview for a suspicious van with a ladder on top driving slowly. She did not find the vehicle.

Dec. 20 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux assisted Kechi police with clearing a runaway in the 300 block of North Sioux.

Dec. 20 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officer Gary Palmer followed up in the 6300 block of North Ulysses regarding the above runaway juvenile from Kechi who was found in Park City.

Dec. 20 — Officer Todd Langford, Valley Center police and Sedgwick County sheriff responded for a burglary in-progress in the 200 block of North Park Avenue. They spoke with the calling party and the homeowner. Everything was OK.

Dec. 20 — Officer Todd Langford confirmed a Park City warrant for Monicie Ramirez who was arrested by Wichita police.

Dec. 20 — Officer Luke Tibbits confirmed a Park City warrant for Ann Lacey who was arrested by Wichita police.

Dec. 19 — Officers Cody McCall and Cole Haas responded to the 800 block of East 61st North for a welfare check. The woman was found to be homeless and walking to Washington, D.C. She did not need any help.

Dec. 19 — Officer Cole Haas took a report of items taken from a business in the 300 block of West 53rd North.

Dec. 19 — Officer Cody McCall spoke at the station with the woman who police had conducted a welfare check on earlier in the day. She reported an unknown man said she had change in her pocket. The woman thought she was going to be mugged by the man. Officer circulated the area for the man, but did not find him.

Dec. 19 — Officer Cody McCall took a report of someone stealing a package off the calling party's porch in the 200 block of West 57th North.

Dec. 19 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux assisted Newton police in the 1500 block of East Evanston by locating and returning equipment to them.

Dec. 19 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux responded to a woman walking on the interstate in the 7700 block of North I-135. She was walking from a motel to a grocery store and was given a ride.

Dec. 19 — Officer Todd Langford responded to a domestic violence call in the 500 block of East 63rd North. He spoke with the calling party, who said his ex-wife was keeping his kids. Officer told him this was a civil issue. There was no evidence of a crime.

Dec. 19 — Sgt. Brandon Green, Officer Todd Langford and Sedgwick County sheriff responded to check a possible suspect from another case parked in a vehicle at KDOT west lake at 45th North and Hydraulic. Officers smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The deputy searched the vehicle and found drugs and drug paraphernalia.  

Dec. 19 — Officer Todd Langford confirmed a Park City warrant for Abby Smith who was arrested by Wichita police.

Dec. 19 — Sgt. Brandon Green and Officer Todd Langford responded to the 1600 block of East Evanston for a possible suicidal person. They spoke with the person who was not suicidal.
