Three hurt, one arrested in wreck By The News staff Last Updated: December 27, 2018 Three people were sent to the hospital and one person was arrested on a DUI charge after a two-vehicle wreck Dec. 21 in the 6800 block of North Oliver in Kechi. The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said Felicia R. Downing was traveling north on Oliver when a vehicle driven by Timothy Dukes struck Downing's vehicle from behind, causing it to run off the road into a ditch. Dukes' vehicle overturned and went into a ditch as well. Downing and a passenger in her vehicle were taken to Wesley Medical Center with minor injuries. Dukes was taken to Wesley with serious injuries. Dukes was later arrested on charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license. The wreck happened about 3:15 p.m. |
