Nov. 11 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to an alarm in the 5200 block of North Deere Road. It was false.

Nov. 11 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to a dog at-large in the 2600 block of East Elk Run Court. The calling party said his lab had gotten loose. He called later to say the dog came home.

Nov. 11 — Officers Shane Alexander and Gary Palmer responded to the 900 block of East 53rd North and arrested Brit Hostetter for a Butler County warrant. Officers also issued Hostetter with a notice to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 11 — Officers Gary Palmer and Shane Alexander took a shoplifting report from the 5400 block of North Chuzy Drive.

Nov. 11 — Officer Luke Tibbits and Sgt. Brandon Green observed two juvenile females walking late at night in the 6200 block of North Broadway. Officers took both juveniles home and released them to a parent or guardian.

Nov. 11 — Sgt. Brandon Green and Officer Luke Tibbits checked a business n the 5800 block of North Broadway after finding an open door. They found no signs of criminal activity and notified the owner.

Nov. 11 — Sgt. Brandon Green and Officer Luke Tibbits took a report of an injury accident in the 5900 block of North I-135.

Nov. 11 — Officer Luke Tibbits checked a vehicle that had slid off the highway into the median in the 8500 block of North I-135. He stickered the vehicle after finding no one around and the vehicle was off the road.

Nov. 10 — Officer Cody McCall contacted the owner of a vehicle registered to a Park City address and told the owner to contact Wichita police.

Nov. 10 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz responded to the 4500 block of North Broadway. The calling party reported that his juvenile passenger threatened to file a rape report against him and he wanted to know what to do. The crime allegedly occurred in Newton. The parties had separated. Officers contacted Newton police.

Nov. 10 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officers Shane Alexander and Gary Palmer checked a residence in the 6500 block of North Randall for a wanted person. They were unable to make contact.

Nov. 10 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officers Shane Alexander and Gary Palmer checked a residence in the 2200 block of East Highridge for a wanted person. They were unable to make contact.

Nov. 10 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officer Shane Alexander stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 8600 block of North I-135. Officers cited a passenger for possession of trace amounts of marijuana, which was submitted to property and evidence.

Nov. 10 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 6200 block of North East Parkview. After smelling the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, it was searched. Officers found a small bag of marijuana and a THC edible chocolate bar. Officers issued a notice to appear with a court date to the driver.

Nov. 10 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 200 block of West 53rd North. Officers searched the vehicle after smelling the odor of marijuana. They found the two juvenile occupants in possession of tobacco products and open alcoholic beverages. The juveniles were released to their parents.

Nov. 10 — Officers Cole Haas and Todd Langford spoke with a person on the phone who asked how to get her truck back from her ex-boyfriend. Officers told her it was a civil issue.

Nov. 9 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report of a non-injury accident involving a deer in the 1800 block of East 77th North.

Nov. 9 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to the 5800 block of North Kerman Court to assist the Height High School SRO. Officers looked for a student who had taken a large amount of prescription pills and left school without permission. The student was later found at the school.

Nov. 9 — Sgt. Keith Goodall took a report at the station of Wichita police recovering a license plate reported stolen from Park City.

Nov. 9 — Officer Gary Palmer confirmed a Park City warrant for Charles Tyrone Smith, who was arrested by Wichita State University police.

Nov. 9 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 1600 block of East Lancaster Drive. They arrested Harold Hoien for a Wichita bench warrant.

Nov. 9 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits responded to the 500 block of East 63rd North for a report of banging coming from inside a residence. The owner told officers he had been refinishing a bathroom but was done for the night.  

Nov. 9 — Officer Luke Tibbits confirmed a warrant for George Goebel II who was arrested by Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office.

Nov. 9 — Officers Cole Haas and Todd Langford assisted Bel Aire police during a traffic stop and arrest in the 4500 block of North Rock Road.

Nov. 9 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits responded to a report of shots fire at Upchurch and Grove. They circulated the area but did not find a suspect.

Nov. 8 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Lt. Hobert Capps responded to an alarm in the 100 block of West 61st North. It was false.

Nov. 8 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to the 900 block of East 61st North to pick up a cellphone found in the parking lot. He located the owner and returned the phone.

Nov. 8 — Officer Gary Palmer and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux encountered a multivehicle accident in the 2100 block of North I-135 on their way to the station from the Sedgwick County jail. They provided traffic control until KHP arrived to work the scene.

Nov. 8 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officers Todd Langford, Gary Palmer and Cole Haas assisted Valley Center police with an EMS call in the 6700 block of North Interurban.

Nov. 8 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits responded to a suspicious person in the back yard of a home in the 6600 block of North Randall. Officers checked the yard and the area, but did not find the suspect.

Nov. 8 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits responded to a non-injury vehicle-vs.-deer accident in the 8900 block of North I-135.

Nov. 8 — Officer Luke Tibbits provided traffic control near 61st North and I-135 for a vehicle that ran out of gas.

Nov. 7 — Sgt. Richard Wolff located a suspicious dump truck in the 6100 block of North Prospect. The truck had a large water container in the bed that was being filled with water using a city hydrant without a city usage meter attached. Officer contacted the public works director who confirmed the company has permission to obtain city water without a meter.

Nov. 7 — Sgt. Richard Wolff and Lt. Hobert Capps responded to vandalism in the 6700 block of North Silverton.

Nov. 7 — Sgt. Richard Wolff took a report of items stolen from a residence in the 2900 block of East Fairchild.

Nov. 7 — Officer Gary Palmer and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux followed up in the 5700 block of North Chuzy Drive. A company needed to report someone using bad checks at the business.

Nov. 7 — Officer Gary Palmer and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux followed up on a larceny case in the 5000 block of North Primrose Circle.

Nov. 7 — Officer Gary Palmer and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux responded to the 500 block of East 63rd North. A man reported getting into a verbal argument with another man. No evidence of a crime.

Nov. 7 — Officers Cole Haas, Todd Langford and Luke Tibbits observed an open fence and a building at a residence in the 2600 block of East Cambridge. They cleared the area and saw damage on the building along with broken windows.

Nov. 6 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a fraud report from the 8900 block of North Red Cedar Lane. The calling party said someone opened an account using his personal information in Pennsylvania.

Nov. 6 — Officer Edwyn Diaz, Sgt. Richard Wolff, Lt. Hobert Capps and Cpl. Christopher Shields responded to the 1600 block of East Beaumont for someone taking things from the calling party's house without permission. The suspect left prior to the officers' arrival. They contacted the realtor, who said the man had permission to be there and take the items.

Nov. 6 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a fraud report at the station. A business reported an employee fraudulently used a company credit card at a location in Park City.

Nov. 6 — Officer Gary Palmer, Sgt. Richard Wolff and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux responded to the 500 block of East 63rd North. They made a death notification and transported a resident to Wichita.

Nov. 6 —Officer Gary Palmer and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux took a report from the 2000 block of East Evanston of a stolen Kansas license plate.  

Nov. 6 — Officer Gary Palmer and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux assisted animal control with a case in the 6700 block of North Tarrytown.

Nov. 6 — Sgt. Keith Goodall, Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officer Gary Palmer responded to the 1300 block of East Denver to check the welfare of juveniles reportedly smoking marijuana with no parents at home. Officers were unable to contact anyone.

Nov. 6 — Officers Cole Haas and Todd Langford responded to near Loper and Grove where a U-Haul truck was parked in front of an open garage. Officers did not find the truck.

Nov. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to an alarm in the 1200 block of East 85th North. It was false.

Nov. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to an out-of-control juvenile student in the 6000 block of North Independence. EMS transported the student to a hospital for evaluation. The juvenile's guardian was on the scene and went to the hospital as well.

Nov. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a burglary report from the 500 block of East 63rd North.

Nov. 5 — Sgt. Keith Goodall was stopped at the station by a resident with questions about child custody. The other party was late dropping off a child, and the resident wanted the incident documented.

Nov. 5 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux responded to the 2600 block of East Burlington. The calling party reported being bitten by an unknown dog in the 2900 block of East Fairchild. Officer took information and photos, and forwarded the case to animal control.
