Sept. 11 — Sgt. Brandon Green and Officers Todd Langford and Gary Palmer responded to the 1000 block of East Evanston for a welfare check. The calling party reported being cold with people breaking into her house. Officers found no sign of either. The house was extremely warm with food and running water.

Sept. 10 — Officer Cody McCall responded to the 900 block of East 53rd North for a welfare check. The calling party said she believed someone left a child in a car overnight. The calling party did not see the child, but saw people talking to someone in the car. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

Sept. 10 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz assisted Wichita police in the 1000 block of East Evanston with taking a subject in a domestic violence case into custody.

Sept. 10 — Officer Shane Alexander monitored school traffic in the 6000 block of North Independence.

Sept. 10 — Officer Shane Alexander responded to the 500 block of East 63rd North for a found debit card. It turned out to be a mail officer for a debit card but not an actual card.

Sept. 10 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to a disturbance in the 1800 block of East Ravena. The calling party had a verbal disturbance with employees from a fencing company working next door.

Sept. 10 — Officer Shane Alexander and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 900 block of East 61st North where a motorist who had committed traffic violations pulled into a parking lot, abandoned the vehicle and left on foot. Officers found the ignition lock was punched out. A search of the vehicle found nothing. They were unable to locate the owner and secured the vehicle.

Sept. 9 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to a business alarm in the 5300 block of North Broadway. It was false.

Sept. 9 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with an alarm in the 7700 block of North Hillside. It was false.

Sept. 9 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Shane Alexander responded to an alarm in the 200 block of West 61st North. It was false.

Sept. 9 — Officer Shane Alexander responded to the 900 block of East 61st North to stand by during a custody exchange. There were no issues.

Sept. 9 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 6200 block of North Hydraulic where a business was broken into overnight.

Sept. 9 — Officer Shane Alexander and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to an attempted suicide in the 7700 block of North Wild West Drive. The man was taken to Wesley Medical Center.

Sept. 9 — Officer Luke Tibbits and Sgt. Brandon Green responded to a report of shouting in the 3100 block of East Denver. Officers spoke with residents who said it came from next door. Officers did not locate any disturbance and were unable to contact the calling party.

Sept. 9 — Officer Luke Tibbits returned property to a victim in the 500 block of North Hillside, Wichita.

Sept. 9 — Officer Luke Tibbits took a report at the station of a private property accident.

Sept. 9 — Sgt. Brandon Green stickered an abandoned vehicle in the 6900 block of North Broadway.

Sept. 8 — Officers Cody McCall and Edwyn Diaz stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 5800 block of North Broadway. The juvenile driver was arrested for a Sedgwick County warrant and transported to the Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center.

Sept. 8 — Officer Edwyn Diaz greeted and interacted with residents at the grand opening of a business in the 1600 block of East 61st North.

Sept. 8 — Officer Cody McCall spoke with an individual about a case in the 5900 block of North Broadway. Additional information was added to the case, which was deemed a civil matter.

Sept. 8 — Officer Cody McCall assisted code enforcement with a welfare check of two dogs in the 500 block of East 63rd North.

Sept. 8 — Officer Edwyn Diaz reported the arrest of Teka Pardue by Wichita police for a Park City warrant.

Sept. 8 — Officer Cody McCall spoke with a woman at the station who said her daughter had reported her as missing and she wanted her name cleared. Officer contacted Junction City police and they cleared her through NCIC.

Sept. 8 — Cpl. Tracey Prideaux and Officers Cole Haas and Shane Alexander followed up in the 6300 block of North Ulysses on a stabbing last night. Both the victim and his girlfriend refused to talk with officers.

Sept. 8 — Officer Shane Alexander took a report at the station of a resident receiving a threatening phone call from a roommate's father regarding domestic violence last night.

Sept. 8 — Officers Cole Haas and Shane Alexander and Cpl. Tracey Prideaux stopped a vehicle for a defective tail lamp in the 5100 block of North Arkansas. They arrested the driver, Gilbert Flores-Padilla, for a Harper County warrant and on a charge of DUI.

Sept. 8 — Officer Shane Alexander responded to a burglary in the 900 block of East 61st North. A laptop was stolen from the calling party's unlocked vehicle while she was inside a business this morning.
