Dog was not ‘cool' The lady who left her dog in the car in the Leeker's parking lot when the temperature was 89 degrees is lucky her dog did not die, or get her window broken to free the dog (which is legal in the state of Kansas) or face $250 in court fines. There is no way the interior of her car was “cool" after shopping for 13 minutes. The dog had to be in distress. Wise up or give the dog up to someone who cares. Views from News readers |
