Police reports

June 10 — Officer Scott Hamlin and Sgt. Matt Vogt assisted EMS in the 500 block of West Main.

June 10 — Officer Scott Hamlin and Sgt. J.C. Kirk responded to an alarm at 241 N. Valley Creek Drive. It was false.

June 9 — Officer Jeremy Manning took a miscellaneous call while at the station.

June 9 — Officer Jeremy Manning monitored traffic and performed traffic enforcement.

June 9 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley assisted Sedgwick County sheriff and Park City police at 69th North and Hillside with a burglary in-progress call. It turned out to be three Valley Center kids trespassing on private property. 

June 9 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley responded to 220 E. Ford for a possible shoplifter. The suspect left prior to their arrival.

June 9 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley assisted a resident who was having problems with a motorcycle in the 7300 block of North I-135.

June 9 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley responded to a suspicious person at 527 E. Clay. The calling party reported seeing someone run from what she believed to be her garage. Two hours later she checked her vehicle and a door was open. There was nothing stolen.

June 9 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley responded to 222 S. Meridian for a gas run-off. The suspects were believed to be the same one from Dollar General.

June 9 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley responded to the 7000 block of North Clarence. They took a child in need of care report after grandparents saw welts on a minor.

June 9 — Officer Erik Nygaard responded to a non-injury accident in the 3000 block of East Ford. 

June 8 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to 547 N. Ash after neighbors expressed concern for the well-being of the resident. The resident was located and determined to be fine.

June 8 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to 801 N. Park for a welfare check after a resident wasn't heard from for a while. Officer spoke with the resident who was fine.

June 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley performed a building check at 501 N. Sheridan. The officers found a door wide open at West Elementary. The school was searched and secured.

June 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley found an unlocked door at the middle school, 800 N. Meridian. They searched and secured the building.

June 8 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham and Sgt. Jason Easley responded to the 2000 block of Windsor Creek to check the welfare of a juvenile who was suicidal. The juvenile was transported to St. Joseph's for an evaluation.

June 8 — Officer Erik Nygaard stopped a motorist for a traffic violation at Main and Sheridan.  He arrested Beverly Washington for a Valley Center warrant and on charges of driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

June 7 — Officers Eric Leeker and Serenity Donham responded to New Hope Services after a consumer called New Hope regarding assistance with a civil dispute.

June 6 — Officers Scott Hamlin and Serenity Donham responded to Avery's Automotive to take a report of a non-injury accident that occurred in the parking lot at McKay-Petrie Sports Complex.

June 5 — Officer Ceara Metzger responded to a non-injury accident at 93rd North and Meridian.

June 5 — Officer Ceara Metzger responded to 2 Windmill Court. A man wanted to make a report about marks his ex-girlfriend left on him in a domestic violence situation that occurred in Wichita. Metzger explained what he would need to do.

June 5 — Officer Ceara Metzger assisted a resident at the station in filing a theft report. A man reported getting a phone call from American Airlines about an individual who hacked his email address. The hacker accessed the man's American Airline account and used 52,500 miles to buy tickets.

June 5 — Officers Scott Hamlin, Serenity Donham and Rasheed Berry responded to Wheatland Elementary where doors were propped open. They searched and secured the building.

June 5 — Officer Rasheed Berry responded to 242 E. Allen for a welfare check. A man could not get in touch, via either text or calling, with his father who lived there. Berry was able to contact the father and determined the phone had been on silent. Berry and the son waited until his father arrived.

June 5 — Officer Rasheed Berry responded to 304 W. First where the calling party reported a car alarm going off. Officer searched the area but did not find the car.

June 5 — Officer Rasheed Berry assisted EMS in the 100 block of South Park Avenue.

June 6 — Officers Jeremy Manning and Ceara Metzger responded to a theft at Valley Center High School. A 15-year-old male reported his silver BMX bike was stolen while he was inside the school.

June 6 — Officers Jeremy Manning and Ceara Metzger responded to a disturbance at 530 W. Ness. The calling party said she couldn't control her 9-year-old son.

June 6 — Sgt. Matt Vogt responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Main and Meridian.

June 6 — Officers Rasheed Berry and Erik Nygaard were dispatched to assist Park City police in the 5800 block of North Broadway with a car that failed to yield to emergency vehicles. The suspect vehicle had stopped before the officers arrived.

June 6 — Officers Rasheed Berry and Erik Nygaard checked a parked unoccupied vehicle at 200 E. Ford.

June 6 — Officer Scott Hamlin responded to a dog at-large at 129 S. Abilene. He searched   but did not find the dog.

June 6 — Officer Scott Hamlin assisted Park City police with trespassing at 409 Southwind.

June 6 — Officers Scott Hamlin and Rasheed Berry assisted Wichita police with a domestic violence call at 2 Windmill Court. They arrested Richard Cronniger on unspecified charges.

June 10 — 500 W. Main, not breathing.

June 9 — 616 E. Fifth, sick person.

June 9 — 12210 N. 39th West, not breathing.

June 8 — Main and Abilene, injury auto accident.

June 8 — 228 E. Allen, assist resident.

June 7 — 726 W. Eastpoint Road, permit.

June 7 — 3059 E. Fifth, permit.

June 7 — 620 N. Redbud Court, diabetic complications.

June 7 — 1451 S. Meridian, permit.

June 6 — 127 S. Park, unconscious.

June 6 — 307 N. Dexter, lines down.

June 5 —3300 W. 77th North, chest pains.

June 5 — 5800 W. Minihan circle, systems alarm.
