Delgado trial moved to May 21 By The News staff Last Updated: April 26, 2018 Thomas Delgado's trial date has been moved. Delgado, a former Valley Center police officer who is accused of inappropriate relationships with teenage girls, was to face trial April 23. It was moved to May 21 in Sedgwick County District Court. Delgado is facing charges of sexual exploitation of a child (the case's only felony), sexual battery, official misconduct, attempted sexual battery and three counts of harassment by telephone. He remained in jail this week. |
