 DAVID FOREMAN Last Updated: December 28, 2017 David Alan “Pop" Foreman, 68, died Dec. 8, 2017. He was the retired president of Hahner Foreman and Harness, General Contractors. He was born in Wichita and graduated from Valley Center High School and Kansas State University. He was a member of the Wichita Downtown Rotary Club and past president of AGC of Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alanson and Lois Foreman. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Barbara Kay Emler Foreman; daughter Jennifer (Kent) Hupp of Wichita; son Tanner (Christina) Foreman of Portland, Ore.; and grandson John Parker Hupp. Services were Dec. 15 at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary.
