No charges in road rage
By The News staff
Last Updated: December 28, 2017

No charges will be filed against two people involved in what turned out to be a mini road rage incident in Valley Center Dec. 11.

Police responded to a disturbance at First and Ash near downtown where a juvenile male reported being attacked by an adult male during an altercation over  driving. The juvenile reportedly swung an arm at the adult as he was defending himself.

Chief Lloyd Newman said the city's prosecutor declined to file charges, as there was no evidence of a crime. No arrests were made.
