School board to meet By The News staff Last Updated: September 07, 2017 The Valley Center school board will meet at 7 p.m. Sept. 11 in the District Office. The board is expected to hear a life-saving presentation, transportation routing software demonstration, a kindergarten readiness report, a federal update, enrollment report, second budget publication and ACT assessment results. Under new business, the board is scheduled to discuss a curriculum request for the early childhood program, driveway and parking construction at West Elementary, bus bids, a new coaches evaluation tool and a local Vietnam commemorative program partnership. |
