CLIFFORD CROSS Last Updated: August 14, 2017 Clifford "Gus" Kenneth Cross, 91, of Park City, died Aug. 8, 2017. He was retired from the City of Park City. He was born May 5, 1926, in Sylvan Grove. He married Faith Joyce Decker on March 6, 1948. He was a proud Marine veteran, having served in World War II. He moved to Park City in 1957 and worked at Cross Auto Salvage. After retirement he worked with the grounds crews at both Echo Hills Golf Course and Kechi Township Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Freida Cross; brothers Allen and Don; and sisters Margaret and Grace. Survivors include wife Faith; sons Craig (Mary) Cross, Jay Cross and Barry (Rebecca) Cross; grandchildren, Aaron, Michelle, Brianna, Justin and Connor; great-grandchildren Makenzie and Harrison; sister Eugenia; brother Cecil; and many nieces and nephews Services were Aug. 14 at Kechi United Methodist Church, with burial at Kechi Township Cemetery, Wichita. |
