Aug. 6 — Sgt. Keith Goodall assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with an overdose at KDOT east lake in the 1400 block of East 45th North.

Aug. 6 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to disorderly conduct in the 6400 block of North Hydraulic. A woman reported loud music coming from a house across the street. Officer checked the area and found the source. The music was turned down after the officer drove by.

Aug. 6 — Officer Tracey Prideaux responded to disorderly conduct in the 6500 block of North Hydraulic. A resident reported loud music coming from this location. Officer spoke with the homeowner who agreed to turn down the music.

Aug. 6 — Officers Tracey Prideaux and Blake Sanchez stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 4700 block of North Broadway. After smelling the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, officers searched the vehicle and found homemade paraphernalia items and trace amounts of marijuana. Officer collected the items and released the driver.

Aug. 6 — Officer Blake Sanchez reported that Wichita police recovered a motorcycle in the 3100 block of South Meridian that was stolen earlier from Park City. The motorcycle was released to its owner and cleared from NCIC.

Aug. 5 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell responded to vandalism in the 200 block of West 61st North. The calling party said his employer ripped off and damaged the 60-day temporary tag on his vehicle left in the parking lot while he was on the road.

Aug. 5 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to a non-injury deer-vs.-vehicle accident in the 7300 block of North Hydraulic. He had to put down the deer.

Aug. 5 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to loud music in the 6200 block of North West Parkview. He spoke with the resident who said he just got new speakers in his vehicle the resident said he would keep the music down.

Aug. 5 — Park City Officers Tracey Prideaux and Blake Sanchez checked the welfare of a person in the 6200 block of North Wendell Court. A juvenile reported his parents had not returned from looking at houses, and a stranger was in the house. The stranger was identified as the babysitter.

Aug. 5 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted EMS in the 6100 block of North Judson.

Aug. 5 — Officers Todd Langford and Brandon Green responded to the 1700 block of East Ventnor and arrested Tyler Brim on a Sedgwick County warrant.

Aug. 5 — Officer Christopher Shields responded to the 6100 block of North Grove where a juvenile had been found sitting in the park. The juvenile said his mother and father dropped him off there, saying they had too many kids. Officers spoke with the father who said the juvenile must have run away because he was mad that he had to pick up toys in the back yard.

Aug. 5 — Officer Todd Langford took a report of a non-injury accident in the 2200 block of East 61st North.

Aug. 5 — Officer Christopher Shields took a report of anon-injury accident in the 800 block of East 61st North.

Aug. 5 — Officer Todd Langford took a report of a non-injury accident in the 6300 block of North East Parkview.

Aug. 5 — Officers Blake Sanchez and Tracey Prideaux, along with Sedgwick County sheriff, responded to assist Valley Center police with a larceny in-progress in the 6300 block of North Dodge. While en route, the deputy pursued and stopped the suspect vehicle at 59th North and Salina.

Aug. 4 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz accompanied Wichita police to the 6200 block of North Jacksonville to look for suspects in a north-side shooting. No one answered the door, but Wichita police saw a suspect vehicle in the driveway. Two suspects left the house later and were arrested by Wichita police.

Aug. 4 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to the theft of a motorcycle taken overnight from a driveway in the 1200 block of East Denver.

Aug. 4 — Officer Chuck Trimmell reported the arrest of Benjamin Weiser by Valley Center police for a Park City warrant.

Aug. 4 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to the 6500 block of North Upchurch where a man reported losing his National Guard ID July 24, possibly at a local restaurant. The man contacted both restaurants and no one had turned in his ID.

Aug. 4 — Officer Chuck Trimmell reported the arrest of Oscar Leshor by Wichita police for a Park City warrant.

Aug. 4 — Officers Christopher Shields, Todd Langford and Brandon Green responded to the 400 block of East 49th North. The reporting party received suicidal text messages from a female juvenile. The reporting party showed the messages to officers, who transported her to COMCARE. The juvenile's father wanted her boyfriend served with a trespass notice, which he was.

Aug. 4 — Officer Christopher Shields responded to the 7800 block of North I-135 to look for a vehicle weaving in and out of lanes and slowing down. Officer contacted the calling party and advised that the vehicle was in Harvey County.

Aug. 4 — Officers Todd Langford and Christopher Shields assisted a motorist with changing a tire after the vehicle hit something in the road in the 900 block of East 61st North  

Aug. 4 — Officers Cody McCall and Andrew Corlis responded to a noise complaint in the 6500 block of North Hydraulic. Officers spoke with the occupants and told them to turn down the music.

Aug. 4 — Officers Tracey Prideaux, Andrew Corlis and Cody McCall stopped a motorist for multiple tag violations in the 1600 block of East 53rd North. They seized the tag and cited and released the driver.

Aug. 4 — Officer Blake Sanchez assisted Valley Center police with a traffic stop in the 400 block of West Main. Two individuals were arrested, and a juvenile was release to his parents.

Aug. 3 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz responded to the 2600 block of East Cambridge for a welfare check. A woman from Arkansas called and asked for the welfare check of her mother-in-law after learning she had been in an accident and not being able to contact her. Officers spoke with the mother-in-law and learned she had been in the hospital for a bit and lost her phone in the accident. Officers advised the calling party who said she would contact other family to check in on and assist her mother-in-law.

Aug. 3 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to an inoperable truck at 85th North and Broadway. The driver told the officer she ran out of gas. An individual provided her with gas.

Aug. 3 — Officer Chuck Trimmell placed a tow sticker on a vehicle parked in the east ditch in the 8500 block of North Broadway. Officer was told the vehicle ran out of gas, and the driver had help on the way.

Aug. 3 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to an abandoned vehicle in the 5900 block of North Prospect Road. The vehicle had been in a parking lot for several days. Officer determined the vehicle belonged to a truck driver who was on the road. The vehicle was neither wanted nor stolen.

Aug. 3 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell assisted a postal inspector and a Wichita narcotics officer in the 6000 block of North Air Cap Drive. They searched for an individual staying in the area who had a suspicious package. They were unable to find the individual.  

Aug. 3 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz responded to the 300 block of East 49th to prevent a disturbance. A woman wanted to go to her mother's home and collect her personal belongings after voluntarily moving out, but the mother was not home. Officers told her to work out a date and time to meet with the mother and call Park City police who would stand by to prevent.

Aug. 3 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz were advised by Records that a resident came to the station with additional information about a case form the 8700 block of North Saddlebrook Court. The resident said the vehicle associated with the case had been moved and returned but no one had been seen near it. Officers responded to the residence of the vehicle's registered owner in the 600 block of East Rolling View, but no one was home. An officer spoke with the vehicle's owner who said he had parked it in that area because of work being done on his driveway. He agreed to move the vehicle.

Aug. 3 — Officers Todd Langford, Brandon Green and Christopher Shields responded to an alarm in the 1500 block of East 61st North. It was false.

Aug. 3 — Officers Todd Langford and Brandon Green spoke with an individual who said a truck puling a gooseneck trailer sideswipe his semitractor in the 5400 block of North Broadway and did not stop afterward.

Aug. 3 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Christopher Shields responded to the 900 block of East 61st North to check the welfare of a 10-year-old female found wandering in the parking lot. When officers arrived, the juvenile's mother was there and the juvenile appeared to be OK.

Aug. 3 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Christopher Shields responded to the 2000 block of East Village Estates. A homeowner arrived home and found the walk-in door to the garage open.  Nothing was taken and nothing appeared to be disturbed.

Aug. 3 — Officers Todd Langford and Brandon Green stopped a motorist for a traffic violation in the 6100 block of North Broadway. They arrested Alex A. Scofield for a Wichita warrant.

Aug. 3 — Officers Cody McCall and Andrew Corlis stopped a motorist for traffic violations in the 300 block of East 61st North. They arrested Brandon Hunter on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and driving with a suspended license, and for a Wichita warrant.

Aug. 3 — Officers Cody McCall and Andrew Corlis responded to the 1300 block of East 61st North. The calling party said he was psychic and there were bodies buried all over the area in regard to a case from Georgia. Officers did not find any bodies. They contacted the calling party, but he did not have to speak with them.  

Aug. 3 — Officers Cody McCall and Andrew Corlis stopped a motorist for erratic driving near mile marker 13.8 on I-135. The driver, Juan Ortiz, had an open bottle of beer in the vehicle. Officers arrested Ortiz on charges of DUI, transporting an open container, driving with a suspended license, no proof of liability insurance and expired tags.

Aug. 2 — Officer Chuck Trimmell spoke with a resident who provided information about an auto theft case.

Aug. 2 — Officer Chuck Trimmell reported the arrest of Bryan L. Walker by KHP for a Park City warrant.

Aug. 2 — Officer Chuck Trimmell took a report of a non-injury auto accident in the 4800 block of North Broadway.

Aug. 2 — Officers Todd Langford and Brandon Green responded to assist EMS in the 900 block of East 53rd North. They were disregarded upon arrival.

Aug. 2 — Sgt. Keith Goodall reported the arrest of Russell Ratzloff by another agency for a Park City warrant.

Aug. 2 — Sgt. Keith Goodall served a woman with three uniform criminal complaint notices.

Aug. 2 — Det. Dwight Wilkes received a fax from the Department for Children and Families about an incident that might have happened in Park City. He forwarded the fax and case information to the Exploited and Missing Child Unit.

Aug. 2 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officers Brandon Green and Todd Langford assisted with a pursuit that started in North Newton. They laid down spike sticks for the suspect's vehicle in the eastbound lanes of 53rd North. They also assisted by searching for the suspect, who has a warrant from Colorado and was considered armed and dangerous.

Aug. 2 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Cody McCall responded to the 6400 block of North Kerman for a dog at-large. They advised the calling party of the city's animal policy and to call animal control if the dog was seen in the morning.

Aug. 2 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Cody McCall confirmed a warrant for Alexandria C. Green, who was arrested by Sedgwick County sheriff.

Aug. 1 — Officer Chuck Trimmell, Sgt. Richard Wolff, Lt. Hobert Capps and Det. Dwight Wilkes responded to an auto theft in the 6600 block of North Hydraulic. The reporting party said a man arrived to test drive a motorcycle and left with it. Officers entered the motorcycle into NCIC as stolen. A woman with the man left in a truck but was stopped. The truck was stolen from Wichita. The woman was issued a notice to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and released. The truck was released to its owner.

Aug. 1 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to a larceny in the 6200 block of North Broadway. Management of a business reported an unknown woman took a purse, wallet and two greeting cards without paying. When the suspect was confronted outside the business, she threw the items at the employee and ran off.

Aug. 1 — Officer Todd Langford responded to the 1000 block of East 61st North. A woman said a man violated a 72-hour no-contact order. Officer advised since the incident occurred in Wichita, she would need to call Wichita police.

Aug. 1 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to a suspicious person in the 1700 block of East 61st North. A restaurant employee said a unknown man with the business's logo on his hat asked to look at their delivery map. He was shown the map and then left.

Aug. 1 — Officers Todd Langford and Brandon Green arrested Tiffanie Haines for a Sedgwick County warrant in the 1800 block of East Gary.

Aug. 1 — Officers Cody McCall, Andrew Corlis and Blake Sanchez responded to a disturbance in the 5200 block of North Deere Road. A man reported a juvenile driving in the area and he followed the juvenile out of the area. When the juvenile returned to the area, the man called police. Officers issued a no-trespass order to the juvenile.

July 31 — Officer Tracey Prideaux and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to a disturbance between two individuals in the 200 block of West 61st North. Officers determined it was a civil matter, and both parties agreed to not fight.

July 31 — Sgt. Keith Goodall received a revolver that a business found in a car in the 200 block of West 53rd North. He submitted it as found property.

July 31 — Sgts. Richard Wolff and Keith Goodall responded to an injury accident in the 1400 block of East 61st North.

July 31 — Officer Christopher Shields spoke on the phone with a woman about signing three notices to appear for an ongoing case. She agreed to come in tomorrow morning to sign them.

July 31 — Officers Andrew Corlis, Cody McCall and Blake Sanchez responded to the 900 block of East Connolly Court and contacted a runaway juvenile. An officer transported the juvenile back to his group home.

July 31 — Officers Blake Sanchez, Andrew Corlis and Cody McCall looked for two juvenile runaways in the 1400 block of East Cloverdale. One runaway was from Wichita and the other was from Park City. Officers could not locate the juveniles and notified Wichita police.

July 31 — Officers Blake Sanchez, Andrew Corlis and Cody McCall responded to a suspicious person in the 1000 block of East Hopalong Cassidy Circle. An employee reported a man walking in and out of the motel talking to himself. Offices spoke with the man who said he wanted to go to QuikTrip. They offered him a ride, but he declined and started walking.
