PAMELA GASTON Last Updated: August 10, 2017 Pamela Claudine Gaston, 63, of Wichita, died Aug. 5, 2017. She was born to Darold and Mildred (Brister) Larcade on Dec. 21, 1953, in Monroe, La. She was preceded in death by her father, brother Milton Busey, sisters Polly Mason and Jalea "Novalee" Bainer, and grandparents Wallie and Neta Larcade, and Milton and Pollie Brister. Survivors include her mother, Mildred Larcade of Valley Center; children Loretta (Gary) Sims and Franklin Wherry Jr., all of Wichita; husband Frank Wherry Sr. of Wichita; siblings Mattie Cargill of Wichita, Maxine (Tim) Frederick of Hutchinson, Susquoia Larcade of Wichita, Nita (Bobby) Hamby of Valley Center and Darold (Kristen) Larcade Jr. of Wichita; grandchildren Shayla (Steven) Nash-Garrett, Ja'Vaughn Nash, Skye Hood and Preston Hood; great-grandchildren Nala and Kaia Garrett; and many nieces and nephews. Celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Aug. 12 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th North, Wichita. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be left with the family. |
