May 20 — Valley Center Officer Sara Schaller responded to an alarm at 8425 N. Broadway. The front door was unlocked, and the house was cleared. Officer could not figure out how to turn off the alarm, and the key holder could not be contacted. Officer advised dispatch.

May 20 — Park City Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to the 1100 block of East Beaumont for a lost person. The calling party said her 28-year-old daughter was missing since 6 p.m. May 19 when she left to go to the gym. After officer entered the woman into the system as missing, she returned home. She advised she was intoxicated last night, did not want to drive home, lost track of time and was fine. Officer cleared her as a missing person.

May 15 — Valley Center Officers J. C. Kirk and Ceara Metzger responded to 123 S. Colby, Apt. 1, for a parking complaint. The calling party said a camper and dump truck had been parked outside her residence for several days. The officers advised the owner to move the camper and dump truck.

May 15 — Valley Center Officer Jeremy Manning assisted Wichita police by contacting the residents at 328 N. Birch to inform them one of their vehicles was found abandoned in Wichita. The residents said it was inoperable. Officer told them Wichita police was impounding it.
