What's on your mind Last Updated: May 25, 2017 Fix the road Dear City of Valley Center: As I travel down your section of 81st West, I am having a truly religious experience. This road is holy, holy, holy. The repairs made did not succeed in making it safer or smoother. I may have a come to Jesus moment at anytime as I avoid the potholes and loose, uneven asphalt.
