Feb. 11 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to 900 E. 61st North on reported domestic violence regarding a child custody dispute.

Feb. 11 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted EMS at 4700 Canterbury Court with a patient. The patient was transported by EMS.

Feb. 11 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell responded to 1070 E. Hopalong Cassidy Drive on a suspicious character call.  Management reported suspicious activity in a room possibly drug related. The officers did a knock and talk and found no evidence to support the claim but were not allowed in the room. The person was identified and was not a wanted individual.

Feb. 11 — Officer Chuck Trimmell, while at the station, confirmed a warrant on Jesse Carpenter who was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol and booked into the Reno County Jail.

Feb. 11 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to 5700 N. Chuzy where an off duty officer advised of a silver vehicle with tinted windows parked at the gate of Kansas Golf and Turf. Trimmell checked the area and did not locate the vehicle. Trimmell checked the building and gates and found them to be secure.

Feb. 11 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Christopher Shields and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to 5400 N. Chuzy Drive on a reported minor private property accident. Minor damage occurred with no injuries and both parties exchanged information.

Feb. 11 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to 1600 E. Denver on a report of a neighbor playing loud music. They agreed to turn it down.

Feb. 11 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Christopher Shields and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to 5000 N. Broadway where neighbors in the area reported hearing a crash and seeing a white truck with a busted tail light leaving the scene. The truck was located and driver admitted to driving the truck and causing the accident. There was minor damage to the fence. The driver was cited for duty to report the accident and driving with a suspended license.

Feb. 11 — Officer Christopher Shields responded to an animal at-large reported at 2400 E. Loper.  The calling party reported a white and brown pit bull at-large in the neighborhood. Shields circulated the area and was unable to locate the dog.

Feb. 11 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Christopher Shields responded to 400 E. 61st North where a woman reported her ex-husband coming to her location and remaining, despite the ex-husband having a protection-from-stalking order on file against her. The man was counseled by the officers.

Feb. 11 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Christopher Shields responded to 6500 N. Louisville where the calling party reported her two juvenile daughters ran away and returned shortly afterwards and a verbal argument ensued. The officers made contact and everything appeared to be fine.

Feb. 11 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Christopher Shields responded to an alarm at 1500 E. 77th North. They were assisted by Sedgwick County sheriff, Valley Center and Kechi police at the Greyhound Park.

Feb. 11 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Christopher Shields responded to 501 E. 63rd North on a non-injury accident.  The driver, Cody Crenshaw, was arrested on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without proof of insurance, and on a Wichita warrant. While officers were on scene, a subject admitted to consuming alcohol and submitted to a preliminary breath test. A woman was issued a uniform criminal complaint for minor in consumption of alcohol and released.

Feb. 10 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Officer Edwyn Diaz processed numerous subpoenas at 4600 N. Hydraulic apartments.

Feb. 10 — Officer Edwyn Diaz assisted Officer Chistopher Shields at 1000 E. Bayley in Wichita on an prior case.

Feb. 10 — Officer Edwyn Diaz spoke with a subject at the station who had additional suspect information under a Wichita police case. The subject was referred to the Wichita case desk.

Feb. 10 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell and Det. Dwight Wilkes assisted EMS at 4900 Wyndham Court with a critical patient. Upon arrival, EMS triaged the patient had died. Sedgwick County Coroner and Preferred Mortuary took possession of the deceased.

Feb. 10 — Lt. Henry Spurlock assisted Wichita police and Board of Education security with an officer in trouble call at Heights High school.

Feb. 10 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted Sedgwick County sheriff at 5500 N. Broadway with a traffic stop.

Feb. 10 — Officer Brandon Green assisted Kansas Highway Patrol with the arrest of Kathleen Linnebur on a warrant issued through the Park City Municipal Court. She was booked into the Butler County jail.

Feb. 10 — Officer Brandon Green determined that Nathan Smith was located in the Sedgwick County jail and had a Park City Municipal Court warrant for his arrest faxed to the jail.

Feb. 10 — Officer Christopher Shields responded to 1500 E. Frontenac where a woman reported her ex-husband allegedly abusing their son. The ex-husband and the son refuted the allegation. No evidence of a crime was found.

Feb. 9 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell responded to 501 E. 63rd North on a report of a misbehaving child.

Feb. 9 — Officer Chuck Trimmell monitored traffic in the school zone at 1100 E. 61st North. No violations were observed.

Feb. 9 — Officer Chuck Trimmell made a traffic stop at 1200 E. 61st North for a traffic misdemeanor.  The license tag was seized as evidence and submitted to property and evidence.  The driver was released with a citation.

Feb. 9 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz responded to 7200 N. Broadway to check a white male lying in the west ditch. Officers contacted the man. The man advised he was walking from Clearwater, stopped to rest and declined any offer for a ride from them. The man was checked with no warrants.

Feb. 9 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to 200 E. 53rd North for a follow-up in connection with a prior case involving the Park City Municipal Court.  Both parties refused to sign a complaint.

Feb. 9 — Officer Blake Sanchez assisted Park City animal control at 6600 N. Scottsville in removing a dead raccoon found in a neighbor's backyard.

Feb. 9 — Officers Blake Sanchez and Brandon Green responded to an alarm at 5800 N. Fairview.  The residence was secure and no key holder was on scene. The alarm was deemed false.

Feb. 9 — Officer Brandon Green responded to 1500 E. Cedar Tree where one dog bit a trespassing dog. The trespassing dog had some injuries but not life threatening. The case was forwarded to code enforcement.

Feb. 9 — Officer Blake Sanchez assisted an outside agency in arresting Marquez C. Gails on a Sedgwick County warrant.

Feb. 9 — Officer Blake Sanchez responded to a non-injury accident at 900 E. 61st North.

Feb. 9 — Officers Blake Sanchez and Brandon Green responded to a disturbance with weapon at a drinking establishment and were assisted by Sedgwick County sheriff, Valley Center, Bel Aire and Kechi police. Richard Kelsey was in his vehicle and fired his handgun into the dashboard. Kelsey was arrested on the charge of unlawful discharge of a firearm. His vehicle was left on scene and his gun was seized.

Feb. 9 — Officers Christopher Shields and Edwyn Diaz responded to 5100 N. Primrose on a report of a runaway. The runaway was located with an adult male in Wichita and returned home. The case was forwarded to the exploited and missing child unit.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to 200 E. 53rd North where he was given a message to call a citizen.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell stood by with a disabled school bus until it was removed from the roadway at 5300 N. Broadway.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell and Sgt. Richard Wolff responded to 4600 N. Hydraulic to check the welfare of the children living in the apartment. The officers were not able to make contact with anyone.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted EMS at 6070 N. Air Cap with a patient at a motel. Upon arrival, EMS advised Trimmell that everything was fine and they were getting ready to leave.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell while at the station arrested Shaun R. Jones Jr. on two warrants issued through the Park City Municipal Court.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell was flagged down at 5300 N. Broadway by a citizen who needed directions.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell took a report on a civil dispute at 1400 E. Denver.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted Valley Center police at 600 E. Ford by providing traffic control at an accident.

Feb. 8 — Officer Chuck Trimmell, Sgt. Richard Wolff and Lt. Hobert Capps responded to 1500 E. 61st North. The business owner reported upset customer calling and making threats.

Feb. 8 — Officer Brandon Green assisted EMS at 1000 E. 61st North with a patient who had passed out. Green, on arrival, was not needed.

Feb. 8 — Officer Brandon Green checked for a wanted person at 2600 E. Cambridge.

Feb. 8 — Officer Brandon Green checked for a wanted person at 501 E. 63rd North.

Feb. 8 — Officer Brandon Green checked for a wanted person at 900 W. 50th North. The resident advised he no longer lives there.

Feb. 8 — Officer Brandon Green responded to 6200 N. Broadway. Store security reported a customer paying with a worthless check.

Feb. 8 — Sgt. Keith Goodall conducted a welfare check at 4600 N. Hydraulic. Everything appeared to be fine at the residence.

Feb. 8 — Officer Andrew Corlis responded to an alarm at 6200 N. Broadway. While on scene the officer was disregarded by the security company. The alarm was deemed false.

Feb. 8 — Officer Andrew Corlis responded to an alarm at 400 E. 61st North. While on scene the key holder showed up. The alarm was deemed false.

Feb. 7 — Officer Chuck Trimmell monitored traffic in the school zone at 1100 E. 61st North. No violations were observed.

Feb. 7 — Officer Chuck Trimmell stopped and spoke with a truck driver about being parked in a no parking zone at 900 E. Connolly Court. The driver moved the truck.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to 1800 E. 53rd North where a man reported his ex-girlfriend showing up at his employment and not letting him leave. Prior to Goodall's arrival all parties left and the man said he would not wait for officers.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to 6800 N. Wendell where a neighbor reported children playing around a home under construction.  Goodall checked the area and did not locate anyone.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Brandon Green responded to 1800 E. Shadow Lane to a male selling salads.  He had a business card, business shirt and gave all info to the resident. Green was not able to locate the male.

Feb. 7 — Officer Andrew Corlis and Sgt. Trent Johnson patrolled the city.

Feb. 7 — Lt. Hobert Capps and Detective Dwight Wilkes responded to an alarm in the 6100 block of North Hydraulic. The alarm was deemed false.

Feb. 7 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to the 500 block of East 63rd North on a reported auto theft that occurred in Wichita. The person was put in contact with the Wichita case desk to file a report.

Feb. 7 — Officer Edwyn Diaz performed a subject stop in the 300 block of West 53rd North. Diaz stopped a male walking in the area.  He was walking to a business to apply for a job. He was not wanted at the time and released.

Feb. 7 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to the 1600 block of East 61st North on a reported non-injury accident.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 1400 block of East Beaumont where he checked on a large pile of dirt a company had dropped in the roadway. Goodall contacted a contractor who said he was in the process of moving it to the backyard.

Feb. 7 — Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to an alarm in the 2600 block of East Fairchild. The alarm was deemed false.

Feb. 7 — Officer Christopher Shields and Park City code enforcement officer McQueen responded to the 6400 block of North West Parkview. A man reported that while walking his dog, another dog attacked him and his dog. He had visible injuries. The officers contacted the dog's owner and the dog was taken to the Human Society for the observation period.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 1900 block of East Cedar Tree Court where he assisted the exploited and missing child unit detectives while they conducted follow up.  He transported the juvenile to the exploited and missing child unit. The crime occurred in Wichita.

Feb. 7 — Officer Christopher Shields responded to the 6300 block of North East Parkview on a reported vandalism.

­Feb. 7 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 6200 block of North Broadway on a report of a verbal disturbance.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Trent Johnson assisted a citizen in the 900 block of East 61st North by giving a ride to the citizen who was walking home with a sprained ankle.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Trent Johnson assisted a motorist with a tire change in the 7800 block of North I-135.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Trent Johnson located a parking violation in the 5400 block of North I-135. A vehicle had blown its engine and was left alongside of the road. The vehicle was stickered.

Feb. 7 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Blake Sanchez performed a traffic stop in the 6100 block of North I-135 for a traffic violation.  The driver was cited and the tag was seized for being altered and was submitted to Park City police evidence.

Feb. 7 — Officer Brandon Green performed a vehicle stop on I-135 at mile marker 15.2 for a traffic infraction. Brandon Bowhan was arrested on a Derby warrant. The vehicle was released to his boss at the scene.

Feb. 7 — Officer Andrew Corlis and Sgt. Trent Johnson performd a vehicle stop at 7800 N. I-135 for a traffic violation. Connie James was arrested on a warrant out of Butler County. The vehicle

was released to the registered owner.

Feb. 7 — Sgt. Trent Johnson assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with a wrong way driver on K-254 by intercepting the vehicle in the 1900 block and took the driver into custody until the sheriff deputy arrived on scene.

Feb. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to an alarm in the 4900 Block of North Shadow Lane. The alarm was deemed false.

Feb. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz, while at the station, took a phone message from a caller that reported leaving several of his antique cars in a building after a car show and was needing access to the building. During the conversation the caller advised to disregard, he found who he needed to contact.

Feb. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz assisted EMS in the 900 block of East 61st North with a patient having medical issues. Diaz was not needed upon arrival.

Feb. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz responded to the 800 block of East 51st North on a reported theft of several batteries.

Feb. 5 — Officer Edwyn Diaz and Sgt. Richard Wolff assisted Harvey County sheriff in contacting a couple in Park City who got fuel in Newton and forgot to pay. They contacted both parties who advised were on their way back to correct this mishap. Newton police was notified.

Feb. 5 — Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to a reported disturbance with a weapon in the 1300 block of East Frontenac. The calling party reported people shooting a BB gun in the backyard. Officers made contact with the residents, no evidence was found of a BB gun.

Feb. 5 — Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 6400 block of North Kerman where the calling party reports the resident not letting people in the house to collect their belongings. She was allowed to collect her things and her vehicle and then she left.

Feb. 5 — Officers Christopher Shields and Brandon Green responded to the 1900 block of East Ventnor on a report of a verbal argument. They were advised it was verbal only. Two of the parties left the area.
