Sept. 24 — Officers Andrew Corlis and Levi Herring blocked traffic to assist Sedgwick County sheriff with a rollover accident near I-135 and I-235.

Sept. 24 — Officers Levi Herring and Andrew Corlis, along with Sedgwick County sheriff, stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of East 53rd North. A K-9 unit indicated a drug odor, and the vehicle was searched. Nothing was found, and the driver was released.

Sept. 24 — Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Trent Johnson assisted Wichita police by trying to contact a person in the 6300 block of North Jacksonville. They were unable to locate the person.

Sept. 24 — Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Trent Johnson responded to the 900 block of East 61st North where a citizen had additional information about a case.

Sept. 23 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a report from 501 E. 63rd North. The reporting party claimed a vacuum cleaner purchased from a known person through Craig's list did not work. The party wanted this matter documented.

Sept. 23 — Officers Dustin Belton and Edwyn Diaz monitored the school zone in the 6000 block of North Independence.

Sept. 23 — Officer Edwyn Diaz assisted animal control in checking the area of 61st North and Hydraulic for a pit bull at large. They did not locate the dog.

Sept. 23 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Dustin Belton and Lt. Hobert Capps responded to disorderly conduct in the 1700 block of East Ventnor. A man reported having a verbal disturbance with a neighbor regarding their car parked on his side of the street. The reporting party said this is an ongoing problem.

Sept. 23 — Officer Dustin Belton arrested a juvenile in the 700 block of East 61st North on a charge of running away from the Juvenile Detention Facility. The officer transported the juvenile back to the facility.

Sept. 23 — Officer Andrew Corlis checked on a motorist in the 5400 block of North Hydraulic. Help was already on the scene.

Sept. 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officers Brandon Green and Andrew Corlis provided traffic control in the 6000 block of North Independence during school dismissal.

Sept. 23 — Officers Brandon Green and Andrew Corlis responded to down cable lines in the 800 block of West 61st North. Officers determined they were not a hazard and left the situation to Cox Communications.

Sept. 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with a suspicious person at 68th North and Oliver. A vehicle was reported parked in the ditch, and officers located the occupants running on 69th North.

Sept. 23 — Officer Andrew Corlis responded to a report of a vehicle playing loud music in the parking lot in the 4600 block of North Hydraulic. Officer spoke with the occupants of the vehicle, who agreed to keep the volume down.

Sept. 23 — Officer Brandon Green responded to vandalism at 501 E. 63rd North. The reporting party said his roommate destroyed his property before moving out.

Sept. 23 — Officer Andrew Corlis took a report from 501 E. 63rd North of a person receiving 30 to 40 phone calls from different numbers claiming to be insurance providers. They started calling her names after she refused to talk with them. There were no suspects.

Sept. 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall assisted Kechi police with a suspicious person in the 8600 block of North Hydraulic. The calling party reported seeing a light from a truck shining around.

Sept. 23 — Officer Duane Schrag reported the arrest of Mignon Smith by Wichita police on a Park City warrant.

Sept. 23 — Officer Duane Schrag responded to a general alarm in the 5100 block of North Broadway, but was disregarded prior to arrival.

Sept. 23 — Sgt. Trent Johnson assisted EMS at 501 E. 63rd North. The patient was transported to a hospital by EMS.

Sept. 23 — Officer Duane Schrag checked on a motorist near mile marker 12.8 on I-135. A friend arrived to assist the motorist.

Sept. 22 — Officer Chuck Trimmell followed up on a case.

Sept. 22 — Officer Brandon Green, Sgt. Keith Goodall and Lt. Hobert Capps monitored the school zone in the 6000 block of North Independence. There was nothing major to report.

Sept. 22 — Officer Brandon Green took a report from the 1600 block of East 77th North of a former employee sending a threatening text to the reporting party.

Sept. 22 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Brandon Green served a district court subpoena on a person in the 8300 block of North Broadway. The other half was sent to Haysville police for service.

Sept. 22 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Brandon Green looked for a juvenile who ran away from a youth residence at 501 E. 63rd North. They did not locate the juvenile.

Sept. 22 — Officer Brandon Green responded to disorderly conduct at 501 E. 63rd North. The reporting party said a known person was walking on top of a parked car in her driveway. There was no damage to the car.

Sept. 22 — Officer Duane Schrag and Sgt. Trent Johnson responded to an alarm in the 5900 block of North Prospect. The building was secure, and the alarm deemed false.

Sept. 22 — Officer Duane Schrag checked for a semitrailer on the shoulder near I-135 and I-235 without its emergency flashers on. He did not locate the vehicle.

Sept. 21 — Officer Chuck Trimmell ran radar in the school zone in the 1100 block of East 61st North.

Sept. 21 — Officer Chuck Trimmell received an unknown type of paperwork for case documentation through the Park City website.

Sept. 21 — Officer Chuck Trimmell and Lt. Hobert Capps assisted Hesston police and Harvey County sheriff with a car chase by placing spike strips on Broadway at 69th North and 85th North. Officer Trimmell identified the driver as he drove around the spike strips. Hesston police arrested Matthew Barnes at 501 E. 63rd North for a Park City warrant and booked him into the Harvey County jail.

Sept. 21 — Officer Chuck Trimmell spoke with a citizen on the phone who said someone gave his brother meth. The calling party did not need police to come to his residence; he just wanted to know who gave his brother the meth.

Sept. 21 — Officer Chuck Trimmell reported the arrest of Zachary S. Carnahan by Sedgwick County sheriff on a Park City warrant.

Sept. 21 — Lt. Hobert Capps, Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Levi Herring conducted traffic control in the 6000 block of North Independence.

Sept. 21 — Officer Levi Herring followed up with a case.

Sept. 21 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Levi Herring responded to assist Valley Center police with a vandalism call in the 2100 block of West 69th North.

Sept. 21 — Officer Duane Schrag checked on a motorist who had taken the wrong exit in the 500 block of East 85th North. Everything was OK.
