Scouts make benches for horse rescue By The News staff Last Updated: September 17, 2015 Local Girl Scouts from Troop 40831 built 10 new benches for Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue in Valley Center. The Girl Scouts painted benches and placed them around the training arena for folks to sit and watch horses during their activities. This was part of the scouts' Bronze Award project. "They are all different, beautiful and greatly appreciated," said Ande Armstrong with Hope in the Valley. |
