Deloris L. Hadsall, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Valley Center, died June 3, 2015.

She was born July 10, 1922, at Waldron to Marion and Edith Tucker. She attended Attica High School and married Richard Hadsall on June 22, 1943. She attended business college in Kansas City, Mo., before working for the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. She and Richard lived in Wellington, Ed Dorado, Arkansas City, Valley Center, Wichita and Topeka before retiring in 1976. They returned to Attica to live in 1989, and she moved to Cedar Rapids in 2004.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sisters, Lorene Scott and Jean Downing; brothers Harold Lee, Verl and Loren Tucker; sisters-in-law Jerelean Neal, Nadine (Firman) Reed and June Hadsall; and brother-in-law Charles Hadsall. Survivors include daughter Karen Brickell; sons Larry (Sheryl) Hadsall and Terry (Debra) Hadsall; sister Nellie (Jack) Robinson; brother Wayne (Sally) Tucker; sisters-in-law Joan Tucker and Shirley Hamm; brother-in-law Dick Downing; grandchildren Richard Hadsall, Karen Hadsall, Isaac Hadsall, Stephanie and Jerry Pena, Dietrich and Janelle Pena, Randy Dodson and sons; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service is July 18 at Attica Cemetery. Memorial to the American Diabetes Association, in care of Karen Brickell, 4490 Snowgoose Court, Marion IA 52302.
