What's on your mind Last Updated: June 04, 2015 Clean up after yourselves I walk around the pond in McLaughlin Park regularly and always pick up trash, sometimes a grocery bag full. This morning I found a glass orange juice bottle smashed on the sidewalk. Little children run barefoot and could have been severely injured. I appreciate the effort the city makes to give us nice parks. Why do some citizens have such a disregard for the enjoyment and safety of others? Overspending on projects The city should consider the costs before moving forward with plans for sidewalks and roads. It's hard to believe that they would overspend by more than $1 million. Or is it?
