DEE WAYNE COOPER Last Updated: June 04, 2015 Dee Wayne Cooper, 49, of Valley Center, died May 24, 2015. He was employed at Forest Products in Newton. He was born Feb. 23, 1966, in Emporia to DeWayne Wesley and Roberta Konda Cooper. He attended schools in Neosho Rapids and Emporia. He was preceded in death by his brother Martin Wesley Cooper; grandparents George and Evelyn Cooper and Frank and Martha Konda, and aunt Martha Ann Smith. Survivors include his father DeWayne (Sandy) Cooper of Carbondale; mother Roberta Konda of Valley Center; brother Darren Cooper; half-sister Denise Robinson of Washington; nephew Les Cooper, niece Brittany Cooper and great-niece Emma Lupo-Cooper, all of Valley Center; aunt and uncle Cyrilla and Lanny Cooper, Chanute; aunts Maryalice Cooper, Higginsville, Mo., and Alvera Chvilicek of Marienthal; and numerous cousins. Visitation was May 30 at Broadway Mortuary. Inurnment at a later date will be in Little Sandy Cemetery, rural Wilson County. |
