May 17 — Officer Jeremy Manning assisted EMS at 531 S. Eastridge.

May 17 — Officer Jeremy Manning assisted Sedgwick County sheriff at 109th North and Meridian with a truck in the ditch in high water. Sedgwick County fire was sent to check for people.

May 17 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to 758 N. Meridian for a dead animal on the side of the road.

May 17 — Sgt. Matt Vogt and Officer Jason Easley assisted Park City police in looking for a man to check his welfare. He was located near Newton.

May 17 — Sgt. Matt Vogt assist EMS at 680 N. Redbud Court. A young girl fell off a bicycle and cut her chin. She was treated by EMS.

May 17 — Sgt. Matt Vogt and Officer Jason Easley responded to 9614 N. West to the report of a party. All people at the party were over 21.

May 17 — Sgt. Matt Vogt and Officer Jason Easley responded to 258 E. Allen. A mother reports she didn't want her adult daughter, who moved out a few weeks ago, to enter the residence and get some of her belongings due to the time of night and the disruption of sleeping kids. The daughter has given up parenting rights to two children inside the home and now the grandmother has parenting rights. Daughter was told by her mother to come back at 8 a.m. May 18 to get her TV.

May 17 — Officer J.C. Kirk assisted EMS at 1130 W. 61st North.

May 16 — Officer Shannon Meyer assisted Maize police by providing traffic control for an injury accident at 45th North and Tyler.

May 16 — Officer Shannon Meyer responded to 8300 N. I-135 to an unknown accident. Officer was disregarded before arriving on the scene.

May 16 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Eric Leeker responded to 9800 N. Broadway to block traffic on Broadway because of flooding.

May 16 — Officer Matt Trelow assisted Bel Aire police at 4312 N. Rushwood Circle with a burglary in-progress. He cleared the residence and no one was inside.

May 16 — Officer Matt Trelow assisted Park City police at I-135 and 101st North with a DUI arrest to wait for a tow truck.

May 15 — Officer Shannon Meyer responded to 115 E. Emporia for a medical situation.

May 15 — Officer Shannon Meyer responded to vandalism at 680 N. Redbud Court. The homeowner found an obscene word spray-painted on the side of the house.

May 15 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to 326 S. Meridian for a disturbance. The owner of the businesses saw a white male behind his stores and the two exchanged words. The suspect vehicle was a black Lincoln Town Car with an Oklahoma tag. Officer contacted the suspect at 500 N. Sheridan and told him to stay off private property.

May 15 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to First and Birch to check a vehicle. A female in the vehicle said she did not need any help.

May 14 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Eric Leeker responded to 619 N. Park to the report of a lost 5-year-old boy. The father found the child after calling 911. Officers spoke to the boy at the house. He was walking the family dog and the family dog was dragging the boy. The boy was not injured.

May 14 — Officer Eric Leeker assisted Halstead police at 641 S. Stoneridge by looking for a wanted person. The suspect's brother lives at Stoneridge. The brother was cooperative but did not know where the suspect was. The brother believes he won't be coming back.

May 14 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Eric Leeker responded to Fifth and Birch to check for shots fired. They spoke with an individual near Fifth and Interurban who reported seeing kids shooting fireworks. Officers did not find any kids.

May 14 — Officers Eric Leeker and Matt Trelow responded to 800 N. Redbud for a white Mustang that had been spray-painted. They contacted the owner who wanted to make a report. Officers found two other vehicles that were spray-painted. Officers were able to get the spray paint off the vehicle.

May 14 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to 807 N. Redbud to a report of vandalism to a vehicle on which "FOLK" had been spray-painted on the hood. The owner was contacted and a report was made.

May 14 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to 747 N. Redbud to a report of vandalism to a vehicle on which "FOLK" had been spray-painted on the hood. The owner was contacted and a report was made.

May 14 — Officer Matt Trelow responded to 844 N. Redbud Court to vandalism. A white Chevy pickup was parked in the driveway and had "FOLK" painted on the hood. Owner was contacted and a report was made.

May 13 — Officers Jason Easley, Eric Leeker and Jeremy Manning responded to 3900 W. Rio Grande to an alarm. The house was checked, and all was secure. The granddaughter arrived and said the alarm should not be working anymore. She thought her grandparents had turned it off.

May 13 — Officers J.C. Kirk and Matt Trelow responded to 110 E. Fifth to check a vehicle parked in the employee parking just sitting there. She was waiting on a friend.

May 13 — Officers J.C. Kirk and Matt Trelow responded to 4117 Rio Grande to a hold-up alarm. The homeowner was contacted and the residence was checked. The alarm was false.

May 12 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to a parking violation at Main and Dexter. He checked for a trailer parked on the street but it was not there.

May 12 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to a parking violation at 530 Eastridge. The owner of the trailer was contacted, and he agreed to move it onto his driveway.

May 12 — Officer Michael Gordon responded to First and Birch for a suspicious vehicle parked on the street. They red-tagged the vehicle, and there was no contact with owner.

May 12 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Jason Easley responded to Main and Park for a suspicious person. The calling party saw a male trying to get a child inside a red vehicle. They contacted the suspect and found out he was the child's grandfather.

May 12 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Jason Easley responded to 6900 N. Seneca to a welfare check. A teenage female was said to be walking near the bridge, but they were unable to locate the female.

May 12 — Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officer Jason Easley responded to 9700 N. Hoover for a suspicious person. The calling party reported seeing two white trucks parked in the area. He reported that several unknown people have been shooting guns and leaving trash in the area. Officer was not able to locate anyone in the area.

May 12 — Officer J.C. Kirk assisted EMS at 109 E. Fourth.

May 12 — Officer J.C. Kirk assisted Park City police at 8300 N. I-35 with a traffic stop.

May 11 — Officers Michael Gordon and Jeremy Manning responded to 110 E. Fifth. They assisted a citizen with concerns about a drug user.

May 11 — Officers Michael Gordon and Jeremy Manning responded to a lost juvenile at 100 S. Dexter. The children were located at Lion's Park and returned home.

May 11 — Officer Jason Easley responded to 417 E. Dover. The calling party wanted to report someone was throwing rocks on their roof and at their garage. There was no damage to the residence. Officer located a suspect and spoke with his parent, who lived across the street.
