Blotter Buzz Last Updated: May 14, 2015 May 9 — Park City Officers Andrew Corlis, Richard Wolff and Edwyn Diaz responded to an accident at 1229 E. 85th North. A woman reported that her heel was run over while she was standing outside the pavilion. May 8 — Valley Center Officers Eric Leeker and Matt Trelow responded to an accident at 4700 W. 85th North. When they arrived, the driver said he missed the driveway and went into the ditch. A Sedgwick County sheriff's deputy arrived. The driver did not want to make a report and refused a tow truck. May 8 — Park City Officer Brandon Green responded to a general alarm covering inside motion in the 6200 block of North Broadway. The fan was on, and balloons were blowing around. No key holder was en route. May 6 — Valley Center Officers Michael Gordon, Erik Nygaard, Eric Leeker and Jeremy Manning responded to 100 block of East Ford for traffic control. The lights and gates were activated at the railroad crossing with no train, causing a traffic hazard. The gates were reset about three hours later. |
