Two arrests have been made in the April 22 burglary of the ATM outside of Intrust Bank in Valley Center. Chief Mark Hephner said the suspects are from Louisiana, and the FBI got involved with the investigation because the pair may have been involved in similar burglaries in other states. Hephner said the suspects used a chop saw to cut into the machine. Police stopped one of the suspects in a vehicle, and learned the identity of the other suspect during an interview.
