The Valley Center Community Scholarships went to Evan Balthazor, Janel Barrier, Kayla Barton, Myles Carter, Paul Falk, Alexandria Glidewell, Andrew Haden, Cole Klinkhammer, Audrey Ricks and Jill Seidl. The scholarships are worth $1,000 each.

Valley Center Recreation Commission Scholarships went to Andrew Haden and Ray Strunk. The $500 scholarships are given to students who have been employed by the rec commission. Money for the scholarships comes from late and out-of-district fees.

Evan Balthazor was awarded the Carl D. Searcy Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is given to the top male athlete in the class.

The Jay Elliott Memorial Scholarship went to Balthazor and Abbie Lawrence. The scholarship recognizes the most inspirational male and female athletes.

Kayla Barton received the Jeanne Daniels Award, which is given to the top female athlete in the class.

The Betty Wilbur Memorial Scholarship went to Brooke Faulhaber. The scholarship recognizes the graduating senior who exhibits qualities of service to the school and the community.

The Jed Freed Memorial Scholarship went to Emily Kingsford. The scholarship, selected by VCHS coaching staff, is given to students involved in four seasons of high school athletics as an athlete or manager.

The Linda Freed Memorial Scholarship went to Barton.

Nurse Nancy Scholarships went to Corbin Oliverson and Carryn Richter. Scholarships are given to students interested in pursuing a career in the medical field.

The Estella Dawson Memorial Scholarship went to Wesley Crow. The scholarship is given to a student pursuing a degree in fine arts.

Crow also received the Valley Center High School NEA Scholarship, which is given to a student pursuing a career in teaching.

Cameron Swarts received the Harriet Ireland Memorial Scholarship
