Police respond to window-peeping call
By Chris Strunk
Last Updated: April 16, 2015

Valley Center police will be keeping an eye on the Brookfield Apartments, looking for a man accused of window-peeping.

Police were called to the complex at 1240 E. Ford April 11 when they received a report that an unidentified man was looking through the window of a young boy's bedroom. Police contacted the boy's mother, who said it was the fourth time the individual was seen looking through the window.

When the person is discovered, he runs toward Eastridge and then possibly west from there.

The previous incidents weren't reported to police, Chief Mark Hephner said.

The suspect was described as a white male in his mid-40s, stocky build with a round face and dressed in all black.
