March 28 — Valley Center Sgt. Thomas Delgado checked the welfare at 213 S. Meridian. An employee at Valley Liquor reported a woman coming into the store and the employee refusing to sell her any alcohol. The employee said the woman was already too intoxicated and did not feel it would be a good idea to sell her more. The woman left the store and tried to buy beer at Casey's, but they also refused to sell to her. She left in a vehicle heading south on Meridian and later located at a residence in the 2100 block on 69th North. Her son, who was sober, was driving the vehicle and got her home safely. Officer suggested she call it a night and go inside and go to bed.

March 27 — Valley Center Sgt. Thomas Delgado and Officers Eric Leeker and Matt Trelow responded to a suspicious person at 1065 N. Meadow. There was a report of a vehicle sitting in a driveway on Meadow repeatedly honking its horn. They looked for the driver but he left prior to their arrival.
