March 27 — Officers Brandon Green and Dale Coffman responded to a residential alarm in the 2500 block of East Evanston. The homeowner was present, and the alarm was false.

March 27 — Officer Dale Coffman and Kechi police assisted a motorist whose vehicle had run out of gas at 85th North and I-135.

March 27 — Officers Brandon Green, Levi Herring and Dale Coffman conducted traffic control at 6015 N. Independence.

March 27 — Officer Brandon Green received a message from a victim who would not be able to come to the station to make a report tonight. The victim said he would make the report sometime in the morning.

March 27 — Officer Brandon Green tried to contact a wanted person with a Park City warrant in the 6100 block of North Sullivan. Neighbors told him the person now lives in Clay Center.

March 27 — Officers Brandon Green and Levi Herring responded to a report of a burglary-in-progress in the 1700 block of East Beaumont. The homeowner thought someone was in the house. It turned out to be his daughter.

March 27 — Officer Brandon Green tried to contact a wanted person with a Park City warrant in the 1400 block of East Frontenac. A resident said the person now lives in Topeka.

March 27 — Officer Brandon Green assisted EMS in the 6500 block of North Randall. A patient was transported code blue to St. Francis.

March 27 — Officers Levi Herring, Brandon Green and Dale Coffman stopped a vehicle in the 8600 block of North I-135. The driver was found to have marijuana in the vehicle, along with medication and $25,000 cash. Officers could not determine ownership of the marijuana and the medication, and the occupants were not charged.

March 27 — Officers Dustin Belton and Christopher Shields and Sgt. Trent Johnson stopped a vehicle in the 900 block of East Connolly Court. They contacted three subjects at and around Applebee's.

March 26 — Officers Richard Wolff, Edwyn Diaz and Chuck Trimmell assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with traffic control at an injury accident in the 1500 block of East 53rd North.

March 26 — Officer Edwyn Diaz took a fraud report at the station. The victim said someone out-of-state used her business VISA card account number to make purchases without her permission. Estimated loss was $1,430.

March 26 — Officer Chuck Trimmell checked a residence with an open garage door in the 8900 block of North Ridgewood Court. He closed the door and informed the homeowner.

March 26 — Officer Richard Wolff was contacted by Valley Center police in the 700 block of North Meridian, Valley Center, regarding a juvenile reporting being a victim of aggravated assault in Park City. It was determined that the complaint was unfounded.

March 26 — Officers Edwyn Diaz and Richard Wolff assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with a cow at-large at 101st North and Broadway. The officers were able to coax the cow back onto the property.

March 26 — Officer Chuck Trimmell responded to a larceny in the 5500 block of North Broadway. The business owner reported the theft of three galvanized metal washbasin-tub flowerpots filled with dirt with a metal stand.

March 26 — Officers Brandon Green, Dale Coffman and Levi Herring conducted traffic enforcement at 6015 N. Independence.

March 26 — Officer Brandon Green arrested James Hilger on a Park City warrant in the 1300 block of East Denver.

March 26 — Offices Levi Herring and Dale Coffman responded to an assault at the QuikTrip, 928 E. 61st North. They arrested David G. Housworth on charges of battery and criminal damage to property and Dena M. Housworth on a charge of battery for an incident that occurred in the 6500 block of North I-135.

March 26 — Officer Dale Coffman served a Municipal Court subpoena in the 6900 block of North Grove.

March 26 — Officer Christopher Shields and Sgt. Trent Johnson stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 200 block of East 53rd North. They cited the driver, Anthony Carter, for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. They also arrested Carter on a Wichita warrant and on a Sedgwick County warrant. The registered owner of the vehicle picked it up.

March 25 — Officer Chuck Trimmell monitored traffic in the school zone in the 6000 block of North Independence.

March 25 — Officers Brandon Green and Chuck Trimmell responded to an assault in the 6200 block of North Broadway. They arrested Matthew Barnes on a charge of interfering with a law enforcement officer after he lied about his identity. They also arrested Barnes on warrants from Park City and Valley Center.

March 25 — Officers Brandon Green and Aaron Meadows arrested Amber Potter in the 6400 block of North West Parkview on a Park City warrant.

March 25 — Officer Dale Coffman received a wallet that was found in the park, 6801 N. Hydraulic. He left a message for the wallet's owner and submitted the wallet to property and evidence.

March 25 — Officer Dale Coffman and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to a residential alarm in the 2600 block of East Fairchild. The house was secure, and the alarm deemed false.

March 25 — Officer Dale Coffman and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to a business alarm in the 6000 block of North Broadway. Employees at work corrected the problem. The alarm was deemed false.

March 25 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officers Dale Coffman and Brandon Green conducted traffic enforcement in the area around the school at 6015 N. Independence.

March 25 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Brandon Green responded to a residential alarm in the 1800 block of Homewood. After finding the rear door open, officers cleared the house and found no one inside. They contacted the homeowner by phone.

March 25 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officers Dale Coffman, Brandon Green and Aaron Meadows responded to the Days Inn at 901 E. 53rd North. The clerk had found a 2-year-old boy wandering the halls. Officers located the child's mother a few minutes later. The child had wandered out of the room when his mother fell asleep. During their investigation, officers arrested an individual identified as Ishmael Porrata on a Sedgwick County felony warrant and on a Wichita bench warrant.

March 24 — Officer Chuck Trimmell ran radar in the school zone in the 1100 block of East 61st North.

March 24 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted Eastborough police in checking for a wanted person at 501 E. 63rd North. The officer was unable to locate the suspect.

March 24 — Officer Chuck Trimmell assisted Eastborough police in checking for a wanted person in the 6200 block of North Broadway. The officer was unable to locate the suspect.

March 24 — Officer Chuck Trimmell and Det. Dwight Wilkes stood-by to prevent a disturbance in the 1600 block of East 61st North.

March 24 — Officer Dustin Belton provided traffic control in the 6000 block of North Independence.

March 24 — Officer Dustin Belton took a larceny report from the 6200 block of North Hydraulic. The victim said someone took an enclosed trailer sometime over night.

March 24 — Officer Dustin Belton responded to check a suspicious person in the 1800 block of East Wyndham Road. The person was contracted by Westar to replace meters in the area.

March 24 — Officer Dustin Belton checked the welfare in the 2400 block of East Gary. All was well.

March 24 — Officer Dustin Belton responded to a parking complaint in the 1600 block of East Denver. He told the offender that emergency vehicles needed to be able to get past his vehicle. The vehicle was moved.

March 24 — Officer Brandon Green and Sgt. Keith Goodall conducted traffic enforcement at the school, 6015 N. Independence, and in the surrounding area.

March 24 — Officer Brandon Green contacted a subject at 928 E. 61st North regarding a case.

March 24 — Sgt. Keith Goodall took a report at the station from a victim who said some of the items taken from her home in El Dorado might be in Park City. She had no more information.

March 24 — Sgt. Keith Goodall assisted Valley Center police by checking on a possible suicidal person at a residence in the 700 block of Meadow Road.

March 24 — Officer Brandon Green and Kechi police responded to shots fired in the 6600 block of North Tarrytown. They were unable to locate anything in the area.

March 24 — Officer Brandon Green stood by while EMS and Sedgwick County fire assisted a 2-year-old boy who had a seizure in the 6600 block of North Tarrytown. The boy was transported to Wesley Hospital.

March 24 — Officer Duane Schrag took a report of a known individual assaulting a victim in his residence at 501 E. 63rd North.  

March 24 — Sgt. Trent Johnson and Officers Duane Schrag and Chuck Trimmell responded to a sudden death at 501 E. 63rd North.

March 23 — Officer Edwyn Diaz assisted KHP in checking the area of 85th North and I-135 for a baby buggy left on the shoulder of the road. He did not locate the baby buggy.

March 23 — Officers Chuck Trimmell and Edwyn Diaz monitored traffic in the school zones on 61st North and North Independence.

March 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Levi Herring monitored traffic around the school at 6015 N. Independence during dismissal time.

March 23 — Officer Levi Herring and Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to 501 E. 63rd North for a welfare check. A patient had called ComCare and made suicidal comments. The patient's father said he would see to it that she got help today.

March 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 2200 block of East Charleston where a mother reported that her 9-year-old daughter was out of control and trying to hurt herself and others. The juvenile was calm by the time the officer arrived. Her mother agreed to take the child to St. Joseph.

March 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall responded to the 1200 block of Blake Drive where an employee of a business reported seeing a person loading lumber into a pickup from the west side of another business.

March 23 — Sgt. Keith Goodall and Officer Levi Herring responded to an assault in the 2500 block of East Sunnyslope Court. A man reported that his girlfriend bit him on the arm and scratched him on the head. He had visible injuries, and officers arrested Tammy Clark on a charge of domestic battery.

March 23 — Officer Levi Herring confirmed a Park City warrant for Tristan C. Hoppock.

March 23 — Officers from Valley Center police checked the 6400 block of North Wendell for juveniles reportedly running through yards in the area. Park City police were busy with a domestic violence call.

March 23 — Officers from Valley Center police and Sedgwick County sheriff responded to a domestic violence call in the 6400 block of North Hydraulic. It was determined to be verbal only. Park City officers were busy with a domestic violence call.

March 23 — Officer Duane Schrag was unsuccessful in tying to contact a suspect in a case in the 3700 block of West 30th South.

March 23 — Officer Duane Schrag checked the welfare at 4616 N. Hydraulic. The calling party said he is a person with a disability and his nurse had not arrived to take care of him. He told the officer he was fine and would wait for the nurse to arrive.

March 23 — Sgt. Trent Johnson and Officer Duane Schrag assisted Wichita police in checking a suspicious vehicle that had pulled into a driveway in the 4800 block of North Seneca. The driver said the vehicle had run out of gas.
