DONNA ADAME Last Updated: March 12, 2015 Donna Lee Adame, 79, a retired secretary for the City of Wichita, died March 5, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents Harley and Maybelle Downing, and siblings Jack Downing and Norma Barnes. Survivors include her husband,Robert Adame; children Gregory Ciskowski of Amarillo, Texas, and Vicki Lappan of Valley Center; grandchildren Kristina Jones, Jennifer Espinoza (Jose), Michelle Downs (Jonathan), Jimmy Lappan (Audrey), Alexis Williams and Tatum Williams; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 7 p.m. March 12 at Downing & Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. March 14 at Central Christian Church. A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita KS 67202. |
