Park City issues 8 permits in Jan. By The News staff Last Updated: February 12, 2015 The City of Park City issued eight building permits last month for a total valuation of $661,300. Of that number, two were for new homes and one was for a large commercial remodeling project. The permits are listed by date they were issued, address, type of work and valuation: •Jan. 8, 8250 N. Broadway, commercial remodel, $347,000; •Jan. 14, 4703 Briargate Court, new home, $154,900; •Jan. 16, 6609 N. Grove, reroof, $5,700; •Jan. 21, 1329 Charleston, remodel, $18,000; •Jan. 23, 1901 Cedar Tree Court, new home, $110,000; •Jan. 23, 6511 Kerman, windows replacement, $11,700; •Jan. 26, 2014 E. 61st North, reroof, $4,000; •Jan. 27, 6434 Tarrytown, remodel, $10,000. |
